“The responsibility for these atrocity crimes lies with Israeli authorities at the highest echelons who have orchestrated a genocidal campaign for almost two years now with the specific intent to destroy the Palestinian group in Gaza.” - Navi Pillay, head of the Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory and a former International Criminal Court judge by @garrettrincon

Vincent, I’m tremendously proud of you. You’ve grown up to be such an intelligent and empathetic man. You’ve overcome so much, and your resilience speaks volumes to your character. Congratulations on graduating, buddy, I know you’re going to accomplish so much more! I love you! 🎓2️⃣5️⃣❤️‍🔥 by @garrettrincon

Last month’s walk in Long Beach was awesome. I’m glad I got to collaborate with so many organizations this summer for our OC Walk & Shoot Travel Abroad Series. Summer 2024 was 🔥! Thank you all!

I am honored to have been asked to take photographs at the UCI People’s Graduation. These students felt compelled to have a graduation that was representative of their beliefs. This commencement featured some students that were restricted from taking part in university-sanctioned commencement activities at UC Irvine. These students are incredibly brave. The amount of strength and courage I was able to observe was truly inspiring. Thank you all for allowing me to take part and observe; this was one of the most humbling ceremonies I’ve been to.

Last weekend at the OCWS event, I didn’t load my second roll properly, so one of the rolls I shot came back blank. In the moment, I thought I did some of my best work, and it turns out that those photos were never taken. It’s kind of interesting. When I first started shooting film, I’d be so bummed and beat myself up for making a mistake like this. Now, especially after organizing these community walks, it’s really easy to laugh it off. These walks are for enjoyment, and the process includes making mistakes. That’s growth. Maybe it’s not all about the quality of photos I’m taking. These walks helped me focus on slowing down own, meeting some people, and having fun. There’s no need to make art alone and be so self-critical. Maybe it’s just about the friends we made along the way. Here are some of those friends from a roll that I didn’t fuck up at our last @ocwalkandshoot in Downtown LA. by @garrettrincon

I had the chance to participate in my first gallery for @iesnapsndaps 1 Year Anniversary hosted by @commoncornersbrewing last month, and these are the photos I decided to display. I really can’t thank you enough for allowing me to participate. I’m truly humbled and honored. These galleries truly create a safe space for our community to come together, appreciate each other’s work, and celebrate our collective effort in creating a welcome environment for all artists. @brunchistight , you are the best, and great personal friend of mine. You really inspire me to continue forward with my walks and you’re always so willing to help us all continue forward with our creative fulfillments. I can’t thank you enough for all that you’ve done for this community, and me personally. You inspire me to do more, period. To my friend, @ethenshoots , the legend behind IE Snaps & Daps, thank you for cultivating such a positive, energetic group of people and expanding these walks out to the Inland Empire. If it wasn’t for you showing up to my first @ocwalkandshoot and developing such a fun environment, I don’t know if I would have continued. Happy birthday, big dog. Have an amazing day filled with love, friends, family, and your fiancé @dr.jokoooo . I can’t wait to see the pictures of the wedding. ❤️‍🔥 by @garrettrincon
