“I’ll be back,” as Arnold said. And here I am.

When I left Igloo in 2023, I walked away from a great company, some unfinished business, and an incredible team. I didn’t know it then, but I was meant to return.

Two years later, I’m back as Senior Creative Director. The company has grown, the team has evolved, and I’m thrilled to be part of it again. Excited for what’s ahead and to roll with this awesome crew.

New website launch! 🚀

Forget the cookie-cutter; I’ve been baking a whole new dessert. This portfolio (first real update in 5+ years) is a testament to creativity that sizzles, pops, and occasionally explodes. It’s my heart and soul on display — the work I’m amped about, the projects that get me fired up, and a beacon for the dream projects waiting in the wings. It’s not just about thinking outside the box; it’s about turning the box into a damn spaceship.

As a former gallerist and illustration major, I used to spend most of my time creating art that would hang on walls or be used by clients. However, lately I’ve been itching to try something new. I’ve always wanted to paint a car, but I don’t have the fancy equipment or resources to do it.

But, I’ve learned throughout my career that creativity can thrive on a tight budget if you’re resourceful and scrappy. So, I picked up some painters tape, a bunch of rattle cans, sandpaper, sea sponges, and a few other cheap supplies and got to work. I painted the interior AND exterior of my 1959 Studebaker pickup truck with a fauxtina finish inspired by rusted trucks. And guess what? I had a flippin’ blast doing it.

As a career creative, it’s important to continually challenge yourself, try new things, and sometimes step outside of your comfort zone. Even if you fail along the way, you’ll learn valuable lessons that will help you grow both personally and professionally. So, take it from me - don’t be afraid to experiment with a new medium or push yourself to try something different. Who knows what kind of masterpiece you’ll create? by @garryboothcreative

I don’t take many pictures on set.

Just enough to remember what the day felt like.

We spend a lot of time trying to control every detail.

Every once in a while, something unexpected reminds you why that’s impossible.

…and honestly, more interesting.

I spent way more time looking at cereal boxes than eating cereal. 🥣

Funny how you don’t realize you’re collecting references until twenty or thirty years later.

We left dusty, tired, and grateful… with full cards, windburned faces, and some exceptional photo and video content on the way. Something innovative from Dometic is coming soon. by @garryboothcreative

Beautiful light, brutal wind, and a team making every frame happen. The kind of shoot where nothing is easy, but everything feels worth it. Even the local feline showed up to supervise. by @garryboothcreative

Into Fossil Falls with an amazing crew, a wild landscape, and a new Dometic product we can’t show just yet. The desert welcomed us with lava rock, big skies, serious wind, and one snake sighting. by @garryboothcreative
