Hey beautiful people happy throwback Thursday! The band Heavy Bones came out in 1992 what a great band! @fbanali Frankie Banali drums Joel Ellis vocals, Rex Tennyson bass. The album came out at the wrong time because the grunge movement hit and we got lost in the shuffle. So in 1993 I released my first solo album in America “Animal Instinct” and the rest is history. Keep that positive attitude of gratitude. Life is short and precious make the most of each day. Turn off the news and turn up the music. Tomorrow I head to Mexico with @lougrammgram All Stars to play with @defleppard & on @extreme_band The Ho Ho Hoey Tour is coming up fast. Get your tickets today! Do some walking and stay hydrated. LETS GO!👊🙏❤️

I’m Getting ready for my @fender clinic tonight at @empiremusicpgh . I was playing with the looper in my Fender tone, master pro I’ve always loved the song, a “Whiter shade of pale” such a beautiful melody. I thought I’d learn the first part!
