I have a feeling you’re gonna be looking for something to do this weekend, so take 90 minutes for yourself and watch @brookermovie FREE on Tubi or for a couple bucks on Amazon.

Please enjoy the pretty - n - gritty cinematography by @andrewrobinson_dp 🎥

Filmed on the lil Sony FX3 with the Mercury Anamorphic lenses.

Can you spot Marshall Brooker’s first mistake in his quest?

Love my Kentucky crew. ❤️🎬

We spent a few days at the Red River Gorge capturing a lil product spot for @shadyrays with @moonbasetango.

The location was tricky to get in and out of, but the crew handled it with ease.

This was an interesting challenge in that we had to have full sunlight ( sunglasses commercial ) and since we were on a tight turnaround, we tried to shoot in a way that limited the amount of refections in the sunglasses and keep post production to a minimum. They see everything! Even glasses that look flat have a curve that can see more than 200 degrees. So it was tricky to hide the crew and lighting.

We had about 5 hours of direct sunlight each day, thanks to the trees on either side of the river, so it was a pretty fast shoot.

Another thing, and they are not paying me to say this, but Shady Rays sunglasses are actually really great and have an amazing quality that I wasn’t expecting based on some of the prices. But the lenses perform very well. Superb contrast and clarity and I love the “Color Rush” feature. They have a style for everyone. Seriously. And their warranty is undefeated.

Get @shadyrays ! 😎🌞

Many of you have been asking for an update, so I wanted to share a little about what's happening with Brooker:

We have submitted to a number of film festivals, including a number in Florida! We won't hear back about those submissions for a few more weeks at the earliest, so in the meantime we're basically in a holding pattern for a few more months.

We're working to organize another showing somewhere in the TB area (if you know of a theater that might be interested, tell them we'd love to chat!)

We are working on a music video for @coolhandmusic original song for the film.

Still filled with gratitude for everyone that's supported us. Ready to make another movie right here in Tampa Bay!

This is the opening of the film as a thank you for following us! by @garyleomiller
