POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Gary moved to Vero from New York 10 years ago and never looked back...

And I was born and raised here.

Between the two of us, we see Vero from every angle.

The insider who grew up here, and who knows every neighborhood, every hidden gem, every back road to the best beaches.

And the one who made the leap from the Northeast, he figured it out the hard way, and he navigated all of your same pain points before he finally found paradise.

Here’s what makes working with us different...

You work with US, and ONLY us.

No assistants. No junior agents. No getting passed around to someone who doesn’t know your story.

We work with a small, select number of clients on purpose.

Because the people we work with are making one of the biggest decisions of their life... And sometimes, from hundreds of miles away.

And they deserve our full attention every single time.

We don’t just find you a house… We match you to the right neighborhood for YOUR new life.

The right community. The right home. The right lifestyle.

If you’re thinking about moving to Vero Beach, FL, and you’re tired of doom scrolling Zillow...

Comment or DM us the word “GUIDE” and we’ll send you our Moving to Vero Guide. It provides a step-by-step relocation plan, which you can’t just Google or ChatGPT! taken in Vero Beach, Florida by @garysellsvero

Okay, fangirling aside… 😂

There’s a much bigger reason Gary and I are so excited about bringing @serhant to Vero Beach.

We didn’t want to join a brokerage just because of the name on the sign.

We wanted to be somewhere that gave us the BEST possible tools and resources to serve our clients at an even higher level.

And I love hearing @ryanserhant explain why he built SERHANT. differently.

Yes, there’s the media and marketing.

The technology.

The global reach.

The tools and resources available to agents.

But ultimately, all of those things come back to one thing:
CLIENT SERVICE.

Because great real estate isn’t just about finding a house or putting a sign in the yard.

It’s anticipating what your clients need before they ask.

Communicating.

Solving problems.

Marketing a home in a way that actually gets attention.

And having the right technology, information and network behind you when something needs to happen FAST.

That last part is especially important to us.

So many of our clients are moving to Vero Beach, FL from hundreds of miles away and trusting us to help them navigate an entirely new life here.

Gary and I have always taken that responsibility VERY seriously.

Now we get to provide the same local knowledge, relationships and hands-on service we’ve always given our clients…

With SERHANT.’s tools, technology, marketing, media and global network behind us.

THAT’S why we chose SERHANT 💙

Because the scary part about moving to Vero Beach, FL isn’t finding a beautiful house…

It’s wondering whether you’re choosing the RIGHT neighborhood, whether you’ll find your people, whether you’ll have enough to do, and whether leaving the life you’ve spent decades building will actually be worth it.

If those questions have been keeping Vero in the “maybe someday” category…

Okayyyy… was I fangirling a LITTLE hard in this video?

Absolutely! 🤩

But can you blame me?!

Gary and I flew to NYC earlier this month, and sat down with @ryanserhant at @serhant HQ in NYC, and we got to video the official announcement…

SERHANT. IS COMING TO VERO BEACH!!! 🚀🏡

Honestly, this is a pretty surreal moment for me.

Less than 3 years ago, I left my corporate career at Capital One to start over in real estate.

And now I’m standing next to someone I’ve admired for YEARS, as he announces that the company he built is expanding into my hometown… with Gary and I as the founding agents!

Talk about a pinch-me moment!!! 🥹

But beyond my obvious fangirling 😂, I’m genuinely excited about what this means for Vero.

I was born and raised here.

I left, lived in New York, DC, London and Shanghai, built a corporate career…and eventually chose to come HOME.

I’ve always known how special Vero is.

And now we get to combine our local knowledge and deep-rooted relationships with SERHANT.’s technology, marketing, media and global reach to show a whole lot more people what we already know.

There’s something pretty special happening in this little beach town ❤️

And for our clients who are moving to Vero Beach, FL, we’re just getting started.

Because I know making a move like this can feel overwhelming. You sit there doom scrolling Zillow with hundreds of questions swirling in your head…

Which neighborhood actually fits your lifestyle?

Will you make friends?

Will there be enough to do?

Will it actually feel like HOME?

Those are the questions that matter long after closing day.

And helping you answer them, and helping you feel at home instantly, is exactly why I love what I do!

If Vero has been quietly sitting in the back of your mind and you’re wondering whether it could be the right town for your next chapter…
