When my personal hardship took me from a house full of life to being the only life in the house, I told my village "I live alone now, just don't keep me lonely."

And my village continues to step up.

I'm just blessed to have a village that looks out for me in order to have these great experiences.

So to all of my village, I appreciate you all. Despite it all, im still living a good life!

Today would of been our 25th wedding anniversary and 34 years together.

The past few days represents the importance of having balance in your life. Being at the cemetery can represents the low part of life. But the flip side is that I had the opportunity to fly private to San Antonio to witness my Knicks win a championship in my lifetime. I had people sending me pics of their TV cause they saw me in attendance.

The gift of life is to embrace it all, the Highs and the Lows in order to keep moving forward. I'm one blessed person to experience all the highs and lows of my life.

As I tell my network all the time, don't ever worry about me, just wonder what Im doing and where I might be.

This is the stuff you can't make up. Our flight landed back from Texas around 5am. As i got off the plane, I turnaround and see the scenery.

Man! I have been a life long Knick fan with Bernanrd King being the first player I watched faithfully.

Over the years, it was a love hate relationship, with a lot of disappointment and heartache. It got to a point that I thought I would never see a championship in my life time from the Knicks. Honestly this whole playoff run, I describe my feelings as cautiously optimistic.

About last night, not only did I get to witness the Knicks win a chip, but to be in the building to actually see the history made, its mind blowing. It made all the years of disappointment worthwhile.

I have been blessed to attend a lot of special sporting & entertainment events. But nothing compares to last night event! by @garystephensjr
