Tomorrow. The RESET. @gathered_experiences x @amarihealth at @hudco.

If you can’t be there…zero judgement at all. Just spend at least spend 54 seconds watching this-as a reminder to make time for you! Tomorrow or sometime soon.

This idea happened because we live it too. We see you.

Last chance to think about it.

It was such an honor to speak on the panel at The RESET this past weekend, hosted by @gathered_experiences and @amarihealth at the beautiful @hudco.co

Being surrounded by more than 40+ people who showed up to focus on their health and make a little time for self-care reminded me exactly why I do what I do.

Such a meaningful opportunity and a wonderful event ✨

MIDNIGHT DROP…Tickets to The RESET are officially live.

Soooo what exactly is The RESET?

And why is it your chance to stop letting the 10,000 very valid reasons you are busy convince you that what you need and want has to come last?

Because we get it. We live it. It is exhausting and consuming.

Between work, family, kids’ activities, birthday parties, events and a calendar that somehow takes over every weekend, making time for yourself always seems to come last.

All of that is very real.

But so is your need to take care of yourself.

First, The RESET is not a wellness fair.

It is an afternoon intentionally created for you to step away from the noise, experience new ways to care for your mind and body, connect with incredible people and maybe even enjoy a quiet moment entirely to yourself.

Expect everything listed and it just keeps growing.

We are giving you the permission that always feels impossible to give yourself.

Permission to choose yourself, make the time and finally remember just how incredible, worthy and strong you are.

Come connect. Come breathe. Come take care of yourself.

Sunday, October 4th
2:00 to 5:00 PM *note stay as long as you can. It’s your afternoon and up to you.
HUDCO in Dobbs Ferry

Tickets are officially live through the link in our bio, story, Luma etc.

You deserve The RESET.

✨Early bird pricing is available for 48 more hours.✨

Today we celebrated the girl who is always the one behind it all…🎉🗓️🎁

The late nights, the early mornings, the endless details, the texts, the timelines, the “just one more thing to make the event perfect.”

The one who pours so much love, energy, and intention into making everyone else feel special.

And today… it was finally about her 🤍

To watch you, Brittany, @pieceofcake.ny be the one surrounded, celebrated, and loved on the way you so effortlessly do for others was everything.

And to the sweet little boy who is about to enter this world: you are already the luckiest. You are getting a mom who leads with her whole heart, who shows up fully, and who will love you in the biggest, most beautiful way. Some women just have it, and she is one of them.

Today was a reminder that the ones who give the most deserve to feel it right back.

And of course a shoutout to @nicsnacccs @jobryanphotography @fleurishedaffairs and all the special people who made this so special🫶🏻

And all the beautiful pics are in!

They say a picture speaks a thousand words, but even the best (and she truly is the best of the best so thank you beyond @joliettemariephotography) couldn’t fully capture just how magical this night was. ✨

To our incredible vendors, sponsors, guests and the founder of The Lark herself, Lindsay- the Spring Drop was one of our favorite nights yet. 🌸 we are so grateful!
