2026 started off in such a sweet way.

Chris was gone for 6 wks and I was SO tired. Truly. Could. Not. Get. Over. It.

Well then it all made perfect sense ❤️❤️ we are so grateful for Gods little blessing.

O•N•E month already!!

can’t believe how fast it’s gone. Everyone has fallen more in love with this little guy, as if that’s been possible.
He’s so sweet and snuggly. And SO unphased by ALL the ‘entertainment’ (loud noises) his big siblings provide each day 😂😂
There is not much that bothers him! We even got the start of a smile this week!!

Baby 1 was an easy transition for me. He just simply went wherever I wanted to go.
Going to two was so so hard. I thought it was because I had 2 under 2. But looking back, and what I didn’t realize at the time, was the post partum anxiety that about took me out some days. You hear about post partum depression- but i never realized what the anxiety could feel like also.

Now with baby3, it’s quite the opposite. And I’m truly grateful 🫶🏼
Soaking in the scrunched up legs! I know it doesn’t keep for long

Milestone!

I came home and told my husband I got a PR today! He was so concerned. Like whyyyy are we hitting a PR this far along 😂

I didn’t work out a single day through either of my other pregnancies. Aside from neighborhood walking. And my goal this time was to go as long as I can!

I’m so proud of myself for making it 39 wks. And can’t go much farther bc tomorrow is BABY DAY!

There’s been so much encouragement and support from everyone here and I’m just so dang proud of myself! Even with 10 and 12 lbs weights today, it felt good to move a little!

Now time to pack my bag and meet our little guy in the morning 🫶🏼🫶🏼💪

August was everything I hoped it would be 🫶🏼🫶🏼 such a special end to this chapter, as we finish out our time just the 4 of us!

We did
The aquarium and Lego land for Evan’s 6th bday
The kids museum and movie theatre dates with mama
Lots of baby kisses
Evans meet the teacher night and 1st day of K
Chris bought a new car
Mommy daughter painting day
Dinner at the pool
Baby photo shoot
My first Mahjong
Lots of yummy treats
And the absolute most special baby shower with my incredible community

August you were good to us 🫶🏼🫶🏼 now I’ll pack a hospital bag and welcome baby- month 💙

Stay tuned for the finished project.

She left several spots not painted at all. Some areas with not enough coats. And most certainly all of it just splattered in color. She told me it was perfect, bc you could see some of the color shine through beneath the others 😂😂😂

She loves it, so I am more than happy too 🫶🏼🫶🏼 best $85 spent on pottery pieces we’ll ever have 🤣🤣👀🙃 by @gatzmelissa

Being 6 has this tender side that my hormones can’t take 🥹
Last night, Evan told me,
Mommy, when I was in heaven, with God . Before I was born. You were the exact mommy I hoped I would get.

I was gutted ❤️

Don’t worry- today it was followed by being told my deep breathing (to calm myself) was going to make him explode 🤣🤣🤣 by @gatzmelissa
