My guy @gavin.cerato making the @trainingbats Flat Bat look easy! 🔥

This is one of my favorite tools for instant feedback on bat path, and Gavin makes it look easy. A great way to confirm great bat-to-ball skills. Barrels everywhere!! taken in Ballplex by @gavin.cerato

First 11U Majors tournament… and we’re just getting started. 👀⚾️

7 hits.
5th hitter out of 13 teams (3 teams nationally ranked).
All-Tournament Team for hitting and pitching.

Loved competing against some of the best with the best and seeing where I stack up. Back to work. 🔥

A little hardware, a little celebration, and a lot of work on the mound. 🏆⚾️

All-Tournament Team + pitched a complete game against the 4th team in the nation.

Finished the weekend with a 0.00 ERA. 🔥

Just getting started.

From unboxing ➡️ freezer ➡️ recovery mode. ❄️⚾️

I’ve been putting my @coolhedofficial to use after practices, training sessions, game days, and even after playing hard outside with friends.

I just grab it from the freezer, put it on, and take a few minutes to cool down and recover. 🙌

It’s definitely becoming part of my routine. 💪

Proper arm care is a necessity for these reasons…

Can you beat 20 seconds? 👀⏱️

10 years old. 4 balls. 4 cones. One goal — quick, clean releases. ⚾️🔥

Set up 4 cones with a ball at each one:
⚾ Backhand → throw → reset
⚾ Middle → throw → reset
⚾ Forehand → throw → reset
⚾ Chopper → throw → finish

Field it. Transfer. Release. Reset. Repeat.

This college-level infield drill works quick hands, clean transfers and faster releases — and it’s definitely harder than it looks. 😅

⏱️ 20 seconds. Think you can beat it?
Save it and give it a try! ⚾️

Drills before skills. ⚾️

Drills. Countless reps. Then putting it to work with backhand plays.
