I’m beyond grateful and excited to officially announce my commitment to Indiana University Indianapolis to continue my academic and swimming career at the Division 1 level. This past year tested me in ways I never expected, and there were a lot of moments where I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of what was next for me. But through every setback and every difficult moment, I kept pushing forward, and I’m incredibly thankful to have this opportunity in front of me now. I want to thank my family, friends, teammates, and coaches for standing by me, believing in me, and helping me keep going even during the hardest times. None of this would’ve been possible without all of you. I’m truly blessed with this next chapter and excited for everything ahead. Go Jags🐆! by @gavin_.tran

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.I made this video because last week I opened up about my own struggles with depression, loneliness, and keeping everything inside since COVID. The amount of people who reached out, said thank you, or told me the message helped them reminded me why talking about this matters.This video isn’t for attention. It’s for awareness.A lot of men and young guys struggle in silence because they feel like they have to be strong all the time. They joke around, smile, go to school, go to work, and still carry pain nobody sees.The movies I used in this edit all show different versions of pain, isolation, pressure, grief, and survival.
