POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Come on a journey with me?
I was missing the mountains a bit, so i decided to let my art take me on a bus ride through all the scenic landscapes once again.
I'm super happy with how this turned out.
Fun fact : figuring out how to make the scrolly image edit was harder than the actual art in this reel😂

Day 15 : Hooray
.
I actually drew something very hideous for this prompt but thankfully I have a very critical sister with a bucket full of ideas. So this one is thanks to her.

Day 14 : Lady....
?.... Bug.....? Lady Bug..... ?
.
I had fun with this theme. It's not very art heavy or something grand and artistically wow but it was fun.

Day 13 - Flimsy
.
Such a flimsy art, kolams are. A gust of wind, a wayward footstep and poof goes the design. Yet women of south india, wake up, bathe and adorn their courtyards with these intricate designs. Artist I may be but lemme tell you, this is no easy task. Crouching on the ground, drawing perfectly symmetrical lines and curves… phew!

Day 11 - Rescue - reminded me of a bedtime story my father used to tell me… kariyilayum mannamkattiyum…. The ending’s a bit tragic so imma omit that.

Translation :
The little clod of earth and dry leaf
Went off to play hide n seek

The sky grew dark, the rain came down
And all the world stood still in wonder

The dry leaf quickly went and stood over the clod of earth like it’s very own umbrella, umbrella,umbrella...

The little clod of earth and dry leaf
Went off to play hide n seek

As the sky turned bright, the rain stopped
Then came the wind that shook the earth

The clod of earth quickly went and sat on top of the dry leaf, like a heavy weight...

Day 10 - Mystical
.
The High Priestess is the second Major Arcana card in a standard tarot deck, representing intuition, inner wisdom, the subconscious mind and mysteries yet to be solved.

Day 9 - Ram
.
Wanted to do a proper sheep detective fanart for this one but I wasn’t feeling too well so ended up with something not too bad i hope. Imagine it’s photoday at George’s and the baby rams and lambs are running around photobombing.

Day 7 - Panic
.
This is me representing anxiety and panic the way I see/feel it. Constant fear of scrutiny, an avalanche of what if scenarios that drown any voice of reason, a constant dull ache in the chest as if you’re slowly bleeding out and finally, losing sight of yourself…. What is panic and anxiety to you?
