🤎 What if the home you’re in now isn’t where you’ll be this time next year?

As I prepare for 2027, I’m making room for more conversations with people who are wondering what could be next whether that means buying their first home, selling the one they’re in, finding more space, downsizing, or simply exploring their options.

You don’t need a perfect plan, a specific timeline, or all the answers. You may just need someone who can help you see what’s possible. 🏡

My favorite part of real estate is getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping them make confident decisions about their next chapter. If you’ve caught yourself wondering, “Could we actually make a move?” I’d love to talk with you.

And if someone in your life has been asking that same question, sending them my way would mean the world to me. 🤍

Can’t get enough of him 🤎 by @gbeaves

Happy closing day to my dad! He has put tons of work and time into this river lot and is finally getting to build. We have already made a lot of great memories on the river there and I know we will have a lot more once it’s all cleaned up and ready to go! I can’t wait to help design a home you love ❤️ love you dad by @gbeaves

Much needed🐚 by @gbeaves

This one was one for the books. I think every possible issue came up. Team work and a lot of communication got this thing closed. My client was from out of state, VA loan, job change, getting married, alllll the moving pieces… Praise the Lord for clients who trust me and that I can count on to get stuff done. Also thank you to our lender, Jamie Pearson for all the overtime put in on this one!!! Thank you Zach, for trusting me to guide one of the hardest transitions yet. I’m so glad I got to assist and make it as smooth as possible for him and his wife!💛 Welcome to Alabama !🏡 by @gbeaves

Lots of love💌 by @gbeaves

I’ve got something exciting to share ✨
I’m officially stepping out on my own in real estate, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This has been on my heart for a while, and I’m ready to grow into the next version of myself and my business.

Real estate has never just been about houses to me—it’s about people, timing, emotions, and helping someone feel taken care of during one of the biggest transitions in their life. That’s what I care about most. If you know anyone thinking about buying, selling, or even just has questions, I would genuinely love to help them. Referrals mean everything to me, and I promise I’ll take care of the people you send my way like they’re my own.

Thank you, @thewilliamsgroupal for pouring into me over the last year and a half in order to grow me in my career and as a person. The knowledge and confidence I have is from the kindness and wisdom the team has offered me. The love they have showed me is something I’ll never take lightly. I love y’all 🤍 #realestateagent #kellerwilliams by @gbeaves

Never been happier to get a deal closed! 🔑This one took team work, patience, and a lot of trust. Everyday from start to finish was something! We all learned so much got the deal done together. Thank you @abbyhpate & @lifeofjarboe for letting me work this with you guys. Yall are great 😁 by @gbeaves

Closing day for the sweetest client 🤍

This one meant a little extra to me. Her situation hit close to home, and I’m so grateful I got to walk alongside her and take some of that weight off her shoulders.
Even with a few bumps at the end, we pushed through. We stayed the course, worked as a team, and got it DONE.
Now she’s exactly where she’s been wanting to be—out in the country, surrounded by her family and animals 🐾

So excited for this next chapter for you ❤️ by @gbeaves
