POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

So far, I’ve spent my 30s getting out of AuDHD burnout and learning how to honor my own needs. It’s been a tough road but I’m beyond thankful to be regulated and on the other side of it.

I’m thankful that my 30s have brought me growth, authenticity and more clarity into my life.

I’m beyond grateful for the community I have created, I wouldn’t be here without your love and support.

And to those that reached out and gently pushed me to celebrate my birthday regardless of how I’d been feeling, I’m forever grateful. Nothing like a solo trip to recharge.

(I still haven’t combed through my DMs, but I thank you for all the messages.)
