Professor,

It is never easy to say goodbye to someone who has been such an important part of our team and our journey.

Thank you for every class, every lesson, every correction, and every moment you dedicated to helping us become better not only as Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, but also as people.

A great professor teaches much more than techniques. You taught us discipline, respect, perseverance, confidence, and the importance of continuing to move forward even when things get difficult.

Your presence on the mats has made a difference, and the impact you leave behind will continue through every student you have helped, inspired, and encouraged along the way.

We are truly grateful for everything you have done for our academy and our Jiu-Jitsu family. Although we are sad to see you go, we are also excited for the new chapter ahead of you.

We wish you nothing but success, happiness, and many great achievements wherever life takes you.

Remember that you will always have a family and a place on the mats here with us.

Thank you for everything, Professor.
This is not goodbye ,it is simply “see you on the mats again someday.”

With gratitude and respect,
Your Jiu-Jitsu Family by @gbsecalgary

In this life you have two choices, stay where you are or get up and do something about it.

Lots of fun was had at our Labour Day open mat today, with students from the four quadrants of the city.

If you didn’t show up, you really missed it.

Luckily, open mat options are something we don’t lack at GB Calgary!

Thanks to everyone who came out for some fun.

See y’all tomorrow.

I gained some very valuable experience at JJCon this year. Ended up losing first rounds to close matches but that’s how it goes. No excuses, I had some good moments though and I was able to overcome some adversities.

Thank you everyone for supporting and watching, and coaching.

My coaches @allangbcalgary @duduhbjj

And thanks to @mikey_jj93 @jonahkammermayer and the whole @blackgold_jiujitsu for supporting/coaching and travelling together.

Thank you to my students @fraser_rawlyck and @aaron_nagtegaal for watching and being a part of this trip with me.

And everyone back home cheering me on! 🫡🙏

ROLLX SUPER-FIGHT EVENT!

Incredible event! I was able to win my match with a flying Armbar and also won the $250 Submission of the night.

Thank you everyone for all the support and kind words, I am truly grateful and blessed to be able to do what I do.

The main thing is to inspire and build the community together, so thank you again to everyone! 🙏

Thank you to my beautiful girlfriend for recording this for me!
