Most sourcing conversations start with a fabric book. Ours starts with the knitting machine.

We are a garment manufacturer. We make knit and denim garments, and we produce our knit fabric in our own mill, so composition, weight and hand-feel get developed for your product rather than picked from what already exists.

I am in Melbourne 16 to 20 November for the Global Sourcing Expo, bringing finished garments you can actually handle.

More than a basic garment dye.

This tee is developed using a controlled combination of vintage wash techniques including mineral wash, acid wash, snow wash effect, enzyme wash, and softening processes to create a worn-in surface with depth, texture, and character.

The goal wasn’t to make it look “dirty.”
The goal was to make it feel naturally aged.

What makes this wash special:

* uneven vintage fading,
* seam contrast,
* smoked black appearance,
* soft broken-in handfeel,
* subtle grunge texture,
* and natural surface movement throughout the garment.

Made from 100% cotton heavyweight jersey with a fabric surface specifically selected to react properly during washing and finishing.

Because achieving a premium vintage look is not only about the wash —
the fabric construction matters just as much.

Too clean.
Too synthetic.
Too reactive.
And the entire character disappears.

This is the difference between a regular washed tee and a properly engineered vintage wash garment.
