Beginners Meditation Classes starting next Thursday September 10th at 6pm at the Agnes Hopkins Community Wellness Centre in Swinton!

We will cover a variety of meditation styles and I’m confident I can teach anyone to meditate once they realise YOU DON’T HAVE TO STOP THOUGHTS!!! This is probably the biggest myth about meditation, another myth is the notion that meditation is very difficult and you have to practice it for years to get any benefit, this is a total myth, many meditation styles are as easy as making a cup of tea! Yes you can go wrong making a cup of tea, but once you’ve learnt how to make cups of tea it’s super easy, that’s exactly the same for meditation, come along to my classes and I’ll show you how!

Any questions please ask, no such thing as a silly question! (Sorry no I won’t be serving tea)

See you next Thursday at 6pm 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🧘

One last myth to dispel before I go - YOU DON’T HAVE TO SIT CROSS LEGGED ON THE FLOOR! We will be sat comfortably on padded chairs.

Much love,

Greg

I’m delighted to share that I have my first in person meditation classes arranged starting Thursday September 10th 6-7pm at the Agnes Hopkins Community Wellness Centre in Swinton, and every Thursday after that.

These classes are aimed at total beginners or people who might have tried meditation before and have been told to ‘stop your thoughts’ or ‘clear your mind’. All thoughts and busy minds that won’t stop whirring away are all welcome at these lessons!

After training and qualifying with the British School of Meditation at the start of the year then teaching via zoom over the last 4 months I’m super excited to finally start teaching in person.

These classes are taught from a secular perspective and we will be sat comfortably on padded chairs.

Anyone can attend these lessons and reap the proven health benefits.

Cost is £8 per class.

Any questions please get in touch, and hopefully see you in Swinton Thursday September 10th at 6pm to meditate together, it’s gonna be so lovely!

Much love,

Greg

Thank-you from the heart of my huge bottom to everyone involved at my gig @theferretpreston on Sunday it was a wonderful night and I’ll remember it forever & ever & ever! Thank-you to my band members @scowley_music & @lindaj_ler for making my songs come alive and for all the time you give me, I think I must have done something right in a previous life to deserve you guys 🫶🏻 Thank-you to @kevscott82 & @thecherishedtimesband for asking me to support and to Kev for being my guitar tech for the night, also sorry I embarrassed you by singing you happy birthday! Thank-you to @theferretpreston for being such a brilliant venue, particularly thanks to sound engineer Jo for being such a stellar pro, probably the best sound guy I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Thank-you to everyone that came along to support including of course my all time biggest supporters my Mum Paulina (who provided some quality lead tambourine work) and my Dad Bill, what a dude!

Will be looking to book a hometown show in Manchester asap!

Ultralove,

GCxxx
