We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of our ’24 Alum Krzysztof Kowalski!

It is hard to find the right words because Krzyś was an exceptional person. He was a great leader on and off the court and pushed his teammates and himself to get better every day. His passion for the game of Volleyball was immense and the energy he brought with him was outstanding!

Krzyś wasn’t only a great volleyball player but also a role model off the court! He was a kind, loving, hard-working, intelligent, and genuine person! He had a positive impact everywhere he’d go and his laugh was infectious!

We send prayers to his family, friends, and loved ones!

Way too early, Krzyś! You will forever be our MVP❤️ by @gc_tigersmvb

Today, we want to thank Coach Jack for the past two years with our program.

Your dedication, hard work, and passion for the game have meant so much to our team. More than anything, thank you for helping create a culture where players could grow, support one another, and truly feel like part of a family.

Thank you for the time, energy, and commitment you gave to every practice, match, and player. The lessons we learned and the memories we made together will stay with us long after the final whistle.

We are grateful for everything you have done for Georgetown Tigers Men's Volleyball and wish you nothing but the best in your next chapter.

Thank you, Coach. 🐅🏐 by @gc_tigersmvb
