We are truly honoured to introduce Haji Noor Deen, a master calligrapher whose hand has carried two ancient worlds into one breath ✨ The pen doesn’t just write. It remembers✒️ Born of the Chinese brush tradition and devoted to the Arabic word, Haji Noor Deen Mi Guang Jiang is the first Chinese calligrapher to receive Egypt’s Certificate of Arabic Calligraphy, and the holder of an Ottoman Ijaza, the traditional licence that passes a master’s authority on to a worthy student. His works rest in the British Museum and at Harvard. Most recently, he completed a monumental decade-long project, a Chinese-style Mushaf, years of devotion poured into every line. At the heart of this workshop is a single line: “Verily the value of action is not except by intention.” Written in Chinese-style Arabic calligraphy, it reminds us that the beauty of the final stroke begins long before ink touches paper, in the stillness of the heart that guides the hand. Masters like this are rare. Moments like this are rarer. Whether you’ve held a qalam before or you’re simply drawn to the beauty of the written word, this is an invitation to learn from someone who has given his life to the art. ✨ 37 Workshops & Talks curated by 37 world-class teachers, artists & masters! ✒️ Calligraphy | 📐 Geometry | 🌿 Biomorphic Patterns | 🏺 Ceramics, Glass, Paper & more ✅ All you need to do: 1️⃣ Comment “Create” 💬 to get the link in your DM ✉️ 2️⃣ Register for FREE to attend live 🎟️ 3️⃣ Share & repost this post on your stories & feed📲 Make sure to get lifetime access to recordings, high-quality PDFs, and resources for just £37 (£1 per session) 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 13𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵 𝗣𝗠 𝗚𝗠𝗧. 💙 10% of Replay Bundle revenue will be going to Human Appeal to support people in G💙z💙a Appeal #islamicart #islamicartwork #calligraphymasters #islamiccalligraphy #calligraphy by @gcislamicart

Before a pattern is drawn, it is felt…✨ Metal keeps its secrets well. But with one point, one line, one star, it begins to reveal a pattern that has whispered through centuries, and now waits for you. This Islamic Art Week, Saudi metalsmith and jewellery designer Ayat Dhahi invites you into her world. In a hands-on workshop, you will take a simple geometric motif and transfer it onto metal, engraving it by hand, stroke by patient stroke, until the silver begins to glow with something that is entirely yours. No rush. No noise. Just you, the tool, and a design that has been breathing for a thousand years. Come and carve something timeless and unique. Come and leave your mark! 💙 10% of Replay Bundle revenue will be going to Human Appeal to support people in G💙z💙a Appeal. 🚀 Don’t miss the biggest online Islamic art event of the year! 🎉🌿💙 #islamicart #metalsmithing #metalsmithsociety #islamicartscommunity #geometry by @gcislamicart
