A little Oktoberfest celebration with tonight's dinner. Crispy chicken schnitzel with a creamy brown gravy, sauteed green beans, braised red cabbage, and a side of lingonberry sauce. The only thing that could have made this any better would have been a nice cold pint of beer. (Or a boot if you are feeling frisky).

This recipe was one that I made up on the spot. DM for the recipe!

Dinner was delish tonight! 😋🍴 Made air fryer chicken caprese with fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, and garden fresh basil topped with a sweet balsamic glaze. I served it alongside a refreshing arugula salad with lemon and freshly grated parmesan. Then finished the plate with some buttered penne pasta, made especially for my 2 year old. The crispy chicken paired so nicely with the bright salad and pasta. It was the perfect weeknight meal.

The recipe is from @skinnytaste the Skinnytaste air fryer cookbook! 5 out 5 🌟 🤩

Ryker had a blast getting to run so Leah with Dreams in Color Photography could capture him at his finest. He is definitely a handful and loves to run or be chased. She was able to capture his spirit perfectly and I love them all! by @gcmorgan0708
