I used to talk about my goals in the NFL — stats, contracts, milestones. But the goal that mattered most was never on a stat sheet.

I wanted the locker room to be my ministry. Every conversation, every rep, every long bus ride — a chance to plant a seed.

Truth is, I didn’t always get it right. There were plenty of moments I failed to reflect Jesus the way I should have. Grace covers that — it always does. But grace was never a license to lower the standard. I was called to walk worthy of the gospel, and that responsibility didn’t end when my playing days did. It’s still on me today.

Golf and Gospel exists because of that same calling. Not perfection — just faithfulness to keep planting.

The final match of the Golf & Gospel season is underway! I face off against @donglenknappthethird — but you guys might know him better as Mr. @forejesus_ .

Ironically, we were originally set to play at one specific course, but got kicked off and were forced to play one of the worst courses in California instead. That didn’t stop us.

Donald talks about quitting his job to pursue golf content and share the good news of Jesus — the highs, the lows, and trusting in the Lord’s provision through it all.
