Grateful beyond words for the journey I’ve just experienced with the Garuda Legacy Promotion Team.

From absolute zero. Just raw ideas and big dreams to months of planning, preparation, and finally bringing it all to life on the big day!
My very first boxing event in my career.
What a fuckin ride! 🤘🏽

I fell in love with the entire process.
From scouting athletes, studying fights endlessly on YouTube and Netflix, to collaborating and navigating through so many incredible partners! Yes, every step shaped something extraordinary!

And we all admitted. It wasn’t perfect.
But sometimes, magic isn’t about perfection!
What I saw with my own eyes lastnite, the energy, the crowd, the magical feeling in the air, it had something deeper. Something you can’t fabricate. A special thing we call “TAKSU” in Balinese.
(TAKSU=a spiritual charisma or divine energy that brings something to life)

And for those all, I’m deeply thankful.

I think this is just the beginning.
Let’s keep building, growing, and creating a legacy for the future of Indonesian boxing & supporting the sport tourism industry in this beautiful country.

From Sportainment to Sport Tourism, we are witnessing a major shift in the way people experience sports.

Over the last few years, Bali has seen growing interest in fitness, wellness, martial arts, sports performance, physiotherapy, nutrition, recovery, and healthy lifestyle.

International coaches, athletes, trainers, therapists, and wellness professionals are coming to Bali, not only to visit, but to train, work, invest, build communities, and create businesses.

But here’s the important question:
Are we, as Balinese, ready to become part of this ecosystem?

Because the opportunity is much bigger than building another gym.

It is about creating an ecosystem!
And in Bali, sports media has an important role in connecting all of this with the public.

That’s why I’m grateful for the opportunity to exchange ideas, stories, and experiences with @baliunitedfm talking about what we can build together for the sports and creative industry community.

Because sports in the digital era is no longer only about who wins the game.

It’s also about the story behind the athlete, their lifestyle, their journey, their fans, and the ecosystem supporting them!

And this ecosystem cannot be built by athletes alone.
We need government, businesses, investors, media, communities, educators, entrepreneurs, and young people to work together.
And most importantly, we need to start seeing sports as an industry, not only as competition.

For Bali, this could become more than another tourism product.

It could become a platform for jobs, entrepreneurship, investment, creativity, health, education, and international collaboration.

The opportunity is already here!

Now the question is:
Semeton Bali, are we ready to take part in it?

Throughout my journey, across different industries, professions, and chapters of life, I have always tried to build something beyond a business relationship.

With my partners, clients, patients, colleagues, and everyone who has placed their trust in me, I choose to build relationships that feel genuine. I don’t want people to remember me only because of a project we worked on, a service I provided, or a transaction we completed. I want the relationship to continue beyond that.

Many of the people I have met through my work eventually became friends. And sometimes, those friendships grew into something even more meaningful, they became family.

For me, that is one of the most valuable rewards of what I do.
Whenever someone gives me their trust, I feel a responsibility to give my very best in return. I may not always be perfect, but I will always try to show up with commitment, sincerity, and my best performance. Because trust is something I never want to take for granted.

And perhaps that is where much of my happiness comes from.

I have never been too interested in competing with other people.
The person I truly want to compete with is myself, the person I was yesterday.
Every opportunity is a chance to learn, to grow, to improve, and to become a better version of who I am.

At the end of the day, success for me is not only about what I achieve, how much I earn, or how far I go. It is also about the people I meet along the way, the trust we build, the friendships that remain, and the positive impact we leave in each other’s lives.

Because careers change. Industries change. Opportunities come and go.

But genuine relationships, earned through trust and sincerity, can last a lifetime. 💛

Rindu musik ini semakin…

Dulu saya lumayan pede dengan ‘sense of producer’ yang saya miliki. Mungkin berbekal pengalaman selama berkecimpung di sentral industri, salah satu hal yang paling saya suka adalah “menjerumuskan” penyanyi-penyanyi muda Bali, terutama mereka yang datang dari panggung festival, atau para juara lomba, untuk berani masuk ke dapur rekaman.

Di sana, menurut saya levelnya berbeda.

Bukan lagi sekadar tentang seberapa banyak teknik yang bisa dipamerkan. Saya justru lebih suka mengajak mereka belajar mendengarkan lagu, memahami lirik, menemukan nada yang tepat, dan menyempurnakan rasa dari lagu yang mereka nyanyikan.

Pun mengajak mereka bereksplorasi, improvisasi, memahami warna vokal, sampai akhirnya menemukan gaya yang sederhana namun tetap catchy dan punya nilai komersial. Buat saya, proses itu selalu menjadi tantangan tersendiri sekaligus warm-up yang sangat menyenangkan.

Entah bagaimana, saya seperti punya feeling terhadap siapa saja yang punya kemungkinan untuk melangkah lebih jauh di jalur industri musik. 😁🫶🏼

And honestly, it’s been so, so much fun.

So, let me talk a little bit about this beautiful lady, @yurasyh 💛

Yura punya cara yang berbeda dalam mengekspresikan kecintaannya terhadap musik. Ada sedikit ‘swag’ di dalam dirinya.
Dia jujur, spontan, dan agak nyablak. 😂

Saya lumayan sering mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengajak Yura tampil, baik on air maupun off air. Dan entah kenapa, sejak awal saya sudah punya keyakinan sendiri:

“This girl is going to be a star somehow.”

Suara uniknya, karakter vokalnya, ditambah personality-nya yang kuat, membuat saya cukup yakin bahwa suatu hari dia akan menemukan jalannya sendiri.

And look at her now!
Saya pernah mendengar bahwa industri musik Jepang punya selera, karakter, dan pendekatan yang sangat unik terhadap musik. But honestly, I wouldn’t worry about you at all, Yura. Because somehow, you will always find your own way.

You’ll grow into the best version of yourself, create your own sound, and eventually… create your own space.

So yes, ini hanya sedikit cuplikan untuk melepas rindu saya pada @yurasyh , pada musik, & pada proses kreatif dalam taken in Bali by @gdbagus

Today was supposed to be just another regular day… until this lady came to me.

She started sharing her story, about her life, everything she’s been through, her family, love, career, and all the battles she has faced along the way.

Everything sounded strangely familiar to me. I could somehow picture her condition, her struggles, and the emotions behind the words she was saying.
Then, unexpectedly, things got even wilder when she told me her date of birth:
April 14th, 1991.

Exactly the same date as mine.

For a moment, I just sat there thinking… What are the chances?

Maybe there are things in life that simply cannot be explained by coincidence.

I believe that the soul is immortal. And perhaps, along this endless journey, souls sometimes need to reconnect, not necessarily to stay forever, but to remind each other of something that has been forgotten.

Maybe She and I have known each other in a previous life. Maybe somehow, our paths were meant to cross again. To complete something, to balance our Karma, to heal/fix something, or simply to help each other find the way forward.

What felt even more fascinating to me was that, in a strange way, I felt like I was meeting the feminine version of myself.

Like life was showing me a reflection of my own journey through another person, reminding me that perhaps this role I’ve been given in life is not a coincidence either.

Maybe I’m meant to listen.
Maybe I’m meant to guide.
Maybe I’m meant to help people reconnect with themselves, their faith, and the purpose behind their journey.

And I truly believe that after today, she will see herself differently.

I hope she will become more positive, take better care of herself, believe in her own worth, and eventually become a much greater version of herself than she ever imagined.

Because bad times will always be around.
That’s simply part of being alive.
But how we respond is in our hands.

Faith is not built when everything is easy.
Faith is built through the process, through the pain, through the lessons, and through the journey.
And when everything feels uncertain, perhaps our purpose is what continues to guide us. 🤍

There was a time when music was my whole life. The stage was the dream, performing was the purpose, and I thought I’d spend the rest of my life entertaining people.

But life had a different plan.

It slowly showed me that there was something much bigger beyond the stage, beyond the applause, and beyond what I once thought my life was supposed to be.

I didn’t lose the dream.
I just simply discovered that my purpose was bigger than the dream I once had.

Salah satu fondasi paling mendasar dalam menjaga kekuatan dan keberlangsungan ekosistem musik adalah merawat silaturahmi, komunikasi, dan hubungan baik lintas generasi.

Dengan menjaga komunikasi dan saling menyempatkan diri membuka ruang untuk bertemu, berdiskusi, bertukar informasi, pengalaman, serta pengetahuan, kita akan menciptakan ruang yang aktif untuk saling belajar dan bertumbuh.

Pada akhirnya, hubungan yang baik bukan sekadar menjaga relasi, tetapi menjadi energi yang memperkuat kreativitas, membuka peluang kolaborasi, dan memastikan kita semua dapat terus bekerja, berkarya, dan berkembang bersama.

Perubahan itu kekal, generasi akan silih berganti, tetapi ekosistem ini akan tetap kuat ketika kita memilih untuk tetap saling terhubung.

What an incredible experience at the Taiwan 2026 Music Industry Exchange, organized by the Bureau of Audiovisual and Music Industry Development (BAMIDI), Ministry of Culture of Taiwan.

What makes this program so special is that it goes far beyond a conventional music event, showcase, or industry gathering. It creates a real platform for business matching, networking, collaboration, and market access.

For us in Bali, this means an opportunity to connect directly with Taiwan’s music industry ecosystem, from artist management, festival makers, musicians, music companies, creative entrepreneurs, and music-tech developers like myself bring @gending_app , to many other creative industry players.

The goal is not simply to meet each other, but to explore how our artists, brands, creative products, technology, and intellectual properties can build meaningful connections and potentially enter wider Asian markets. We even did the pitch on the spot! 🔥

And honestly, looking at the incredible people in these photos, some of whom are among the key figures, industry leaders, and company owners shaping Taiwan’s music ecosystem, I feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to be in the same room and exchange ideas with them.

This is what meaningful international cultural exchange should look like!
Not just exchanging performances, but exchanging knowledge, networks, businesses, ideas, and opportunities!

I truly believe programs like this should happen more often and on a much larger scale, especially by actively involving more local communities, Bali creators, musicians, music businesses, startups, technology developers, festival organizers, and other creative industry players.

Because if we want to create a real impact on Bali’s creative economy, we need to build bridges, not just events.

We need more platforms that connect Bali’s creative talents with regional and global markets, create genuine business opportunities, and allow our local ecosystem to learn, collaborate, and grow together.

This is how we create sustainable opportunities.
And this is how Bali can become an even stronger part of Asia’s creative ecosystem.
