I’m proud of myself & very satisfied with my technique 🥹 completing this simple project start to finish with just 1 minor hiccup, which honestly I see as a way to practice slowing down and being patient. More projects very soon come. 🪡 by @gddssjo

It’s easy af to lose who you are after birthing kids because so much changes about you; mind, body, and spirit and there’s always something else to tend to/take care of. I’m just grateful to be in a relationship where I can freely navigate the difficulties, while also making the most of, and growing within the experience.

New 7Brew coming to Memphis on Summer Ave. I’m not the type of person who goes all around town for frivolous things, I’m perfectly content making my coffee and lattes from scratch at home but I also am really excited to try this place and see what all the hype is about now that there’s one a reasonable distance from me. 🥹🩵✨☕️ #coffeelover #coffeestand #7Brew #7BrewCoffee #memphis taken in Memphis, Tennessee by @gddssjo
