I never got to meet Josh Workman, but to see how many lives he impacted on this team makes me feel thankful to be apart of it. Being able to be of service, be with friends, laugh, and workout. That’s what it was about. by @gdelacruzer

New guy is confident, and happy. From 215 to 157. The thing that changed was I got a trainer who cared and a community who’s there to support each other. When I started caring, I quit drinking and the results spoke for themselves. Now it’s time to turn it up a notch. Thank you to @jimmyqueen for caring, the @jimmyqueenteam for the constant love and support. by @gdelacruzer
