Staying consistent, buddy. 🤙🏾 Putting in my “mental health hour” because of you, @dogpizza @dogpizzaforever—and encouraging everyone to take theirs , too.

Head pounding. Shoulder screaming. Still showing up, no excuses . 💪🏾

I found healing on the water with @costasurf_org 🌊, and when I can’t be on the water, I’m putting in the work so I’m ready when I get back out there. Whatever your healing space looks like, give yourself that hour to breathe, reset, and keep moving forward.
