The picture on the right is me, just days before my quad rupture & on the left is me today. Some will say I still look in shape, but the “damage” was far more than the eye can see.

Back in September, I willingly let myself slip, not fighting through the spiritual, mental, and physical battles that came my way. I lost sight of who I was, drowning in struggles I thought I could overcome with my own might. But today, I declare this: nothing and I mean absolutely nothing will stand in my way. I’m reviving my relationship with God, reclaiming my purpose, and walking boldly in the path He has set before me. The fall wasn’t the end; it was the beginning of a greater rise. To those who have remained in my corner, I’ll see you at the top 🙏🏿
