💔 Today, we bid farewell to the legendary Harry Belafonte, whose powerful voice and captivating charisma have left an indelible mark on music history. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate his legacy, including the iconic song “Day-O.” 🎶 The Jolly Boys, despite the loss of our older members, continue to honor the vibrant spirit of Jamaican music. In memory of Belafonte, keep an eye out for the Jolly Boys’ heartfelt rendition of “Day-O,” as we carry his legacy forward. Rest in peace, Harry Belafonte. You will always be remembered. 🕊️ #HarryBelafonte #DayO #JollyBoys #GeejamMusic #RIPHarryBelafonte taken in Port Antonio, Jamaica by @geejam.music

Patience, a collaboration with Jamaican singer Sonovic and T’Jean, is an anthem about Perseverance that provides a raw and genuine depiction of life’s trials and the complexities within relationships. The single delves deep into the human experience of overcoming betrayal and enduring hardships. Yet amidst these emotional depths, Sonovic navigates life’s intricate maze with unyielding courage and determination to find strength and resilience. @sonovic @jahtbenji @tbsrec11 @troybakersound taken in Los Angeles, California by @geejam.music

"Thrilled to share the big news - the iconic Geejam Studio has been redesigned and rebuilt, and is now open once again!

Built back in '98, before @GeejamHotel even existed, we've eagerly anticipated this revival. @JBGeejam kicked off the rebuild at the onset of Covid, thinking we'd be on a recording break. But, surprise! The pandemic sparked a boom in residential recording and creative camps.

We swiftly adapted, setting up studios in our luxury villas, Cocosan and Panorama. Hosting memorable sessions from legends like The Rolling Stones to contemporary stars like Idris Elba, Gorillaz, Bad Bunny, Leigh Anne-Pinnock, Zayn Malik, and LVRN. And trust us, we're just getting started. Watch this space for more exciting updates! 💥🇯🇲
