What a night at the CBS Arena 💗

We were proud to host @coppafeel at Coventry City vs Newcastle United, alongside @coventrycityfc to shine a light on breast cancer awareness.

Early detection saves lives. Know your normal and check your chest regularly, and if something doesn’t feel right, speak to your GP.

Thank you to everyone who came by, shared their stories and joined the conversation. A truly memorable evening. 🩷

save this: the best of SW london, wellness edition. AD @geelyautouk - spending the day driving around south west london in the new Geely EX2 and ticking off some of my favourite wellness spots in London. save my favourite wellness spots in london.

this is basically my ideal kind of day: workout, matcha, appointments, a little food shop, lots of walking and dinner, with my wellness podcast permanently on in the car in between.

the #GeelyEX2 made the whole day so easy. there’s loads of space in the boot for gym bags, shopping and everything else I somehow end up carrying around, the huge 14.6 inch screen is perfect for having my podcast on between stops, my phone stays charged, and everything just feels really easy to navigate when I’m jumping around london all day.

MATCHA
Onyx, Tease or Acai girls

BRUNCH / LUNCH
