With no other shows booked, Negative Output was my last live appearance with Geseling this year.

These coming months I'm looking to finish work on the Geseling debut cd and some split/collab releases which have been long overdue. There are also a few more live outings with ASCH coming up before the end of the year.

I'm always open to bookings for 2027 (both with Geseling and ASCH), feel free to hit me up with any offers.

Thanks to @nightportersound and @mustekuningas for the snippets of my set. by @gegeselde

On the 13th of september we will perform with ASCH as part of this new initiative at theatre De Nieuwe Vorst in Tilburg.

Situation Room is a new experimental/improv/noise night in Tilburg. Following a successful first edition at NS16, the Situation Room will open at De Nieuwe Vorst this Sunday afternoon.

For this occasion, three unique collectives, Het Concreet, HUTCAFE_ORG, and Vatican Analog, are joining forces for an afternoon of unpredictable live music.

Program:

• Didianne Leusink– In her performative installationRotunda, Didianne Leusink explores the delicate interplay between glass, tape and other analogue systems. By manipulating these materials live, she creates compelling tensions between control and surrender. Visitors are invited to move freely through the space.

• Asch– Since 2025, two accomplished figures from the Dutch noise scene—Geseling and Svartvit—have joined forces as Asch. A debut album appears to be on the horizon. Expect a current of weathered textures, razor-sharp feedback and overwhelming physical intensity; their first show in Tilburg is one you'll feel just as much as you'll hear.

• Btong– In his own words, Chris Sigdell offers his audience "a fleeting moment of abundance." Perhaps he's referring to the remarkable collection of unusual objects from which the Swiss musician coaxes sound for his dark ambient compositions.

• Drekka– Listening to the music of Michael Anderson, aka Drekka, is like reading a diary. Tape loops, field recordings and deeply personal sonic fragments merge into melancholic electronic collages.

• + DJ Melted-DJ Melted, aka Koen Delaere, is one of the founders of the avant-garde radio station Zinging Tangerine and a passionate collector of strange and obscure music from around the globe. taken in Theater De Nieuwe Vorst by @gegeselde

Negative Output was nothing short but amazing. 2 days of outstanding live sets by all involved. From start to finish everyone delivered, be it the performing projects, the N.O. crew or The White Hotel's very capable technical crew.

A special shoutout goes out to Lucifer Sky and Petrichor for opening both days and setting the bar for everyone to follow.

Thanks again to Matt and Scott for flying me over and taking good care of everyone. This scene needs people who are willing to take risks to allow for something so important and new to grow. Last but not least congratulations to the UK for having an amazingly new festival which is being run for all the right reasons. If you missed out this year.. you better get your ass to the next one!
