i usually keep my captions short and sweet but tonight i realized just how important pattern recognition is when it comes to dealing with the situations we encounter in life.

i noticed a lot of the things i struggled with internally continued to manifest in my environment almost at an annoyingly frequent rate and constantly wondered why that was — it was cause I kept falling for the bait and reacting the same ways my old self would !!!! silly me !!

tldr; remember that by the grace of God you are always in control, and that without pressure you can’t prove to yourself how much you’ve grown even when you say you have. so for next time, just think about how the new you would react to the same bs you’ve been trying to move on from.

easier than it sounds but never impossible. :P
