29.12.24 💫 03:39 Our baby girl Liri arrived earthside, and what began was a love without end. Still finding the words, but I’m starting to get it now. Still in awe of mama’s strength… @litalsun you are the true hero of our new chapter and the radiant force that brought her life into being. Beyond grateful for you. We love you, Liri. Thanks for choosing us, little turtle 🤍 by @gelbs

It’s not about being tough. It’s about being ready. Ready to protect yourself. Ready to protect the people you love.
Violence doesn’t discriminate, neither should preparation. Everyone should know how to defend themselves.

Every time you grow, I miss the little version of you that just passed… but I fall even more in love with the person you’re becoming.

I had two hours to teach the fundamentals of Krav Maga. Then came the multiple attacker pressure test. No one froze.

After a few wobbly steps she decided to skip leg day and hit upper body. Seated row. Perfect form, full extension, getting those gains... walking any day now!

December is now and will forever be my favorite. Family close, my daughter growing stronger and lapping another year around the sun. Liri’s first Aussie summer was magic, reminding me where it all started. There is no place like home.. 🇦🇺💙🦘🐨 Happy New Year from mine to yours 🎆 by @gelbs

And just like that, Liri has completed her first lap around the sun. Happy birthday, baby girl. There are no words to describe the love and joy you’ve brought into every day, every hour, every minute, every second of our lives with every laugh, every smile, and all your quirks. You are the greatest gift. We love you. Liri, you truly are one of a kind, the most special smart and unique little creature, putting a smile on every stranger’s face with your little “Hiiii” wave. The world is yours, little wombat. Thank you for choosing us 🥹❤️ by @gelbs
