Hey ✨ if you’re new here, hi, I’m Gemma, head coach & founder of @shining.coaching

Less than a decade ago, I felt stuck, insecure, and like I was holding myself back from the life I actually wanted

Since then, I have completely transformed my body, my confidence, mindset and life

And now I help others to do the same💕

Because I know that when you LOOK & FEEL your best, you carry yourself differently through life.

Whether that’s day to day, or for one of life’s special moments like a wedding, @shining.coaching is here to help you transform your body, reclaim your energy & step into your full self with the right workouts, nutrition, mindset & accountability🤍

So if you’ve been on the fence, but deep down you know you’re capable of more….

DM us “SHINE” today and let’s have a chat ✨ by @gem.inthegym

You see what just a few weeks of consistency can achieve…

and there’s 11 weeks left of 2026

so why wait to start your transformation?✨

Thats 11 weeks to start building up your glutes, losing body fat, feeling stronger & more confident before January even starts!!

DM “START” and lets chat about your goals, and how we can build you a personalised plan to get there 🫶🏼

✨✨✨your next chapter starts whenever you decide it does✨✨✨ by @gem.inthegym

I used to think growing your glutes meant finding the right exercises and doing as many of them as possible 🫠

Booty band circuits in the garden (circa 2019 lol)..

Bodyweight squats x50 reps..

Random YouTube workouts …

Changing exercises constantly because I always saw new hacks on social media…

Been there and done that ahaha

Eventually I got a PT, and that was the first time someone actually explained why I was doing what I was doing

and my learning didn’t stop there,
over the next few years I worked with different coaches, studied biomechanics and nutrition, and did A LOT of trial and error on myself, before i startes coaching others

I realised that glute growth doesn’t need to be complicated

You don’t need the “perfect” exercise

You need to understand how to structure your training, create progression, recover properly and actually give your body what it needs to grow

And I wish I had known that when I started….

So I put everything I wish I had back then into a FREE Glute Growth Blueprint 🍑

It’s designed to take all the confusing information and simplify it into something you can ACTUALLY use

Comment “GLUTES” and I’ll send it straight to you 🤍 by @gem.inthegym

I’ve been online a bit less recently because, honestly, I’ve been enjoying my offline life way more😅😅😅

Making memories without feeling the need to pull my phone out and capture every single one

Wearing clothes that are comfortable to train in, rather than thinking about how they’ll look on camera.

Working out without feeling the need to film every session for social media.

Spending less time thinking about what I could post and more time actually being present in my life.

Somewhere along the way of building something in a world where everyone seems to be a content creator, it can be easy to start seeing everything as content, every experience, every workout, every moment.

Recently i’ve been reflecting that life is meant to be lived, not constantly documented.

Sometimes you just need to put the phone down and enjoy where you are.

Because life is still life when you’re not posting it 🤍 by @gem.inthegym
