"The best advice I’ve ever received is to be a girl’s girl."
"Be there for yourself."
"Get your education and be educated."
"You're running your own race to become your best self."
•
These words from the incredible women of YSL remind us why Women's Month should always be a call for action, for sisterhood, and for the inclusion of ALL girls, regardless of background, ability, or circumstance.
•
As we round up this month, our female team members sat down to reflect on what Women’s Month truly means to them, the challenges they’ve faced, and the ways they stay empowered. Watch our special compilation video and let’s keep pushing for a world where all women and girls can thrive.

Incorporating cardio into your routine doesn’t mean sacrificing strength goals. It’s all about balance-mixing in different forms of cardio, like steady-state or HIlT, can complement your training and make you fitter, stronger, and healthier overall.

This week to start off my #gymshark66, I’m focusing primarily on cardio. So this is a HITT workout to try if you’re also looking for something to add to your workout split. Go ahead and grab a partner and try it.

5 sets. 30 secs on 10 secs off. 1 minute rest in between the next set.

- Medicine Ball Overhead Slam
- Alternating side dumbbell pick ups
- Sandbag reverse lunges
- 1 minute Skipping

You’ll definitely break a sweat especially if Oxyshred from @ehplabs is in your system💪🏾🔥
