Yesterday I left everything on that stage!! (Like I just woke up lol)

Happy Juneteenth!

Today I’m celebrating our collective liberation with this mantra, “I Am Free”

I’m on a mission to free us all with reminders that the journey to liberation is inward. It’s in our choices, in our decision to live in our alignment, and our continued growth in our purpose and the expansion of our minds & spirits.

Mantra Loops Vol. 2 is OUT NOW!

I hope yall can feel the love and intention I put into this project. Today’s Mantra is “I Am More Than Enough” this has been the greatest reminder to me that I already have it alllll! Working with my brother Smoke on this song was so dope to see all of the alignment in the ways we imagined what it means to be “More Than Enough”

“Floating on a natural high”

Performing as a mom hits different. Cooked dinner so the babies were good with the babysitter, handled project management logistics to get out the door on time, checked equipment at The Miracle Theater, and then stepped under the lights to sing my soul out to celebrate my big bro @dsmoke7!

I’ve been stretched so thin between motherhood & running a business that I’ve been trying to figure out how music was ever going to fit back into the rotation lol.

But standing on that stage reminded me I don’t have to shrink any part of me. That’s true divine alignment. Every single piece of me belongs in the room: the mama, the manager, the musician.

There has been so much happening lately. Transitions on every side, friends moving, loved ones passing on, and soldiering through to keep the mission moving in a heavy world.

When everything feels like a lot, these quiet everyday moments are what keep my vessel full. Mana and Sekou hugging on the couch, laughing with Dom, taking our boy to Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live in my “I AM PROUD OF WHO I AM” tee.

Holding space for the grief while letting myself be completely present for the joy. Both get to exist here.

Setting up for a sound bath requires me to ground my own vessel first. To hold space for community, I have to be in tune with the moment and hear what needs to come through.

Nourishing properly is key. If I eat junk before a sound bath, it muddies my ability to channel.

Holding intentional space means paying attention to what I put into my body so I can show up clear and present. Everything I share is meant to support that clarity and alignment.

Between raising babies and producing live events and campaigns, the real flex is keeping clients & team emotionally regulated. I had just found out I was pregnant here. No one knew, but somehow they felt it.

The feedback? “You tapped into a different frequency tonight”!

It was true! Sekou was helping me channel something much bigger.

This is why I believe it’s an integration. Our children come on their own mission, so it’s our job to show them how to stay on theirs by staying on ours.

You, mama, deserve to be whole and free as much as your babies do.
