New Guest Teacher ✨ @gemjoytree

Gemma’s classes blend strength and surrender. Guided by the breath, the practice is slow, steady, and powerful— inviting you to focus the mind while flowing into a moving meditation. Students are encouraged to connect with their own energy, discovering grace, expression, and a subtle sense of dance within

We are so excited to have her guiding us this Sunday 🧘
