Last night was scholarship night and we celebrated so many amazing kids. The community gave away so many scholarships it truly was amazing. Garrett received the Tyson Wacker Memorial Scholarship and we are so grateful for that. Thank you Eric & Christine Wacker for all you do and honoring Tyson in such an amazing way by blessing so many kids. It was an another last of his senior year and another wonderful memory made. ❤️❤️ by @gemmachain

No parent is prepared to graduate their last child. It’s a crazy mix of emotions and so much pride all wrapped in one. I hope he looks back and realized how blessed he was to be surrounded by so many people cheering him on, who guided him along the way, who helped make him who he is today. This community has surrounded him with love and strength and he will take that with him into his next chapter. I’m grateful for you all, and blessed to have such love and friendship from our tribe.

Thank you to Reach Higher Shasta for recognizing these seniors and supporting their goals and dreams. The speakers were great and it was exciting to see kids from all over the county there represented.
