MEET OUR FEMMEDM X GEMS X SEMS OPEN CALL SELECTEE 𑣲𝄞

After two nights of open decks and SO many amazing sets, we’re so excited to welcome LEXIE MAY to The House of FemmeDM ‧₊˚ ☾. ⋅

Lexie caught our attention with her sound, selection and understanding of the warm-up - and will now be opening @the_berkeley_suite ˙⋆✮ ݁ ˖

A massive thank you to everyone who came down and played. The standard genuinely made this so difficult, and there were so many DJs we’d love to work with again. The whole point of these sessions was to discover new talent within our community and create real opportunities, so this definitely won’t be the last ♡

And a huge thank you to GEMS + SEMS for making it happen with us.

THURSDAY NIGHT (08/10) @the_berkeley_suite !

Belfast-raised, Glasgow-based dj RU6Y is fresh on the scene with her debut in Berkeley for FemmeDM only last month.

Drawing inspiration from time spent in the underground music scenes in Belfast, Whistler and Glasgow, she’s guaranteed to bring a high-energy set to the dance floor.

Her orchestral background only enriches her sheer love of all things melodic and percussive. Be prepared for an unpredictable and immersive journey through electro, acid, deep house and techno. Catch her on 2-3 ⚡️

Only 5 tickets left at £2.5. Move fast, link in bio ❤️

@ BERKELEY THIS THURSDAY

Funky, hypnotic, and cosmic —
If it fits these labels then you’re sure to hear Euthyphro playing it.

Since stepping behind the decks in February 2025 Euthyphro has quickly carved out a name for himself, bringing an eclectic sound to some of Scotlands best electronic music venues. The Liquid Rooms, Cabaret Voltaire, and Nice N Sleazy’s have all seen Euthyphro spinning tunes.

His sets move freely from synth driven disco, old school progressive house and trance, atmospheric dub techno, and anything and everything in between. Never confining himself to just one sound, Euthyphro weaves sets between groove and melody, movement and stillness, tension and release, creating an otherworldly journey through all kinds of dance music.

With a rapid rise since his debut, Euthyphro is quickly establishing himself as one to watch in Scotland, with a sound that’s hard to describe but even harder to forget. 11-12:30. @the_berkeley_suite Thursday night.

Tickets are still £2.5! Link in bio ❤️ by @gemsoc

FLINTA+ DJs opportunity ⋆˙⟡⋆˙⟡

Community has always been at the core of FemmeDM, and we want to keep creating opportunities to discover the next wave of Glasgow talent.

This one feels particularly full circle - our founder Sophia first learned to DJ through GEMS while at Glasgow Uni, before going on to start FemmeDM.

Now we’re joining forces with GEMS + SEMS for two open decks sessions, open to FLINTA+ DJs of all experience levels.

12.10 - GEMS @bananamoonglasgow
13.10 - SEMS @hhbookclub

From the sessions, one DJ will be selected for a PAID set at The House of FemmeDM at The Berkeley Suite on 29.10, joining some of the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming artists.

Any experience level is welcome!

Sign up for a slot via the link in our bio ♡ or via the societies.

Monday Blues? Or Monday 1s & 2s? Harry & Aidan (GEMS) get behind the decks every Monday from 8 till late for the rest of the summer holidays. Good music, better people - the usual Bananamoon energy! This is how your week’s meant to start! 🚀

Being regulars at our weekly @gemsoc open decks as well as the society’s own events - it was only right the boys held the fort for the summer break. Definitely a duo to keep tabs on😏🎧
