I’m starting to test a new workflow that involves connecting a Blender MCP to Claude. This allows Claude to take full control of Blender to create basic low-poly figures and initial animation principles. I then use a character sheet created with ChatGPT2 to modify the animation in Seedance2 using a simple prompt. Over the past few days, I’ve been testing a particularly promising 3D + AI workflow, thanks to my friend @younes_chekouh, Head of 3D at \Else, TBWA The starting point was simple — and smart: 👉 working with intentionally untextured 3D characters, in order to test whether AI could take over the final visual refinement: colors, skin textures, micro-details, shading, imperfections, wear… The result is, honestly, exceptional. The Nano Banana Pro + Magnific combo (with their new Skin Enhancer model) delivers a massive time gain on what can sometimes represent up to 80% of 3D work: texturing. 👉 Where this workflow becomes truly exciting is when applied to virtual production. We can already start to see the potential time savings in environment creation, especially when combined with camera tracking, rapid iteration, and visual prototyping. This is not about replacing 3D expertise, but about intelligently shifting creative effort to where it brings the most value. 💡 Clearly, one of the key workflows to explore in 2026 for 3D, VFX, and virtual production.
