She said “Ive trained you to be the best no matter who’s beside you, even me”🥹😭 Stepping on stage alongside my trainer, my twin, my She-Ro… whew, the FEELS! 🥹💎❤️ Over the past year, @transformingbrinanutrifit has literally sculpted my body into something I once only DREAM of. She’s constantly pouring into me, reassuring me, believing in me, and pushing me to become greater than I was yesterday. And I can’t express enough just how SPECIAL she is to me and my journey. She doesn’t just coach me; she leads by example, inspires me, and continues to show me what’s possible when you trust the process. Thank you for making space for me. Thank you for pouring into me. Thank you for leading by example. And most importantly, THANK YOU for introducing me to this incredible world of bodybuilding and helping me discover a version of myself I never knew existed. 🥹❤️ Bringing home that #1 🥇 and sharing that stage with YOU made this moment even more special. This is bigger than a trophy; it’s a reflection of the work and the bond that we’ve built❤️ I’m so proud to be on this journey with you, Twin! And if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this… WITH YOU, WE WILL ALWAYS WIN! 💎💎💎 #bikinicompetitor #bikinibodybuilding #bodybuilding @transformingbrinanutrifit @npc_ms_state_championships taken in Horseshoe Casino Tunica Mississippi by @gen_wig

‼️It’s Transformation Thursday‼️ S/O to @thenewmd @transformingbodiesfit @transformingbrinanutrifit When I made my health a priority, everything changed. Dont get me wrong, I was used to working out, but as I approached my 40s, seeing real body changes became more and more difficult. Low energy, brain fog, and low hormones had me stuck basically gaining and losing the same 10 pounds😅 But I’m so grateful I connected with @thenewmd Their tools of Hormone Replacement Therapy and The Weight Management Program helped me take control of my health, balance my hormones, and transform my body. I’m over 80lbs lighter from my first scan and stronger than ever!!!🔥💪🏾🔥 Now at the age of 45, I can honestly say that I’m in the best shape of my life. @transformingbodiesfit told me from the beginning that this was going to happen!!!🤩 THANK YOU SO MUCH @thenewmd , YOU ARE THE BEST!!!💛 #TransformationThursday #HormoneHealth #Glp1 #peptide #BeforeAndAfter taken in Memphis, Tennessee by @gen_wig

THIS IS 61, 58 and 45💪🏽 The real flex isn’t how much you own—it’s how many lives you positively impact. It’s not about the cars, the clothes, the followers, or the clout. Influence means very little if you’re not helping someone grow. Your legacy won’t be measured by what you had. It will be measured by who you helped. True success is when your presence inspires action. When your story sparks change. When your words shift someone’s mindset. When your example helps another person unlock a new level of themselves. Want to be remembered? ✨ Make people feel safe. ✨ Make people feel seen. ✨ Make people feel heard. Share what you’ve learned. Lift others as you climb. Encourage someone who is struggling. Celebrate someone else’s win. The impact you make on others will outlive every material thing you ever chase. That’s the difference between popularity and purpose. You weren’t just called to win. You were called to lead. And real leaders build more leaders. THAT’S THE FLEX. 💪🏽 ✨ As we age, our greatest strength isn’t found in our muscles alone—it’s found in the wisdom, kindness, and encouragement we give to others. Follow, Save & Share for more muscle-building, workout, and fitness tips as we age. TBSTRONG360: We’re not only lifting weights. We’re lifting each other up. ⬆️ 💎💎💎R4EVA #TBStrong360 #WomenEmpoweringWomen #PurposeDrivenLife #StrongAtAnyAge #FitOver6 taken in EVLVE Training Club by @gen_wig

Oh my, oh my, oh my… where do I even begin? Back in 2016, I met this beautiful soul and remember saying, “You look like you could be a bikini competitor.” Little did we know what God had in store over the next 10 years. What started as training turned into something so much deeper. Genna didn’t just come into my life to prep for a competition — she came to help reset my mind, restore my peace, and realign my spirit. Yes, I helped her build an incredible physique for the stage, but what she gave back to me emotionally and spiritually is something I’ll forever cherish. From day one, she showed up with unwavering discipline, dedication, and heart. No excuses. No complaints. Just WORK. Watching her step into a completely new world and trust the process every step of the way has been nothing short of inspiring. This prep was so much more than physical… it was spiritual. Genna, thank you for trusting me, trusting yourself, and allowing me to walk beside you on this journey. I am beyond proud of you and your transformation. But we’re notdone yet… buckle up, beauty. We’re on to the next. 4eva360 💛 #divineconnection #tbstrong360 #bikinicompetitor #soproudofyou #alllove by @gen_wig

Ok so Id like to give a HUGE S/O to my trainer @transformingbrinanutrifit💛🫶🏾 Yhall Sabrina is more than just my coach, she’s my She-Ro,Mentor and The Blueprint. She believed in me years ago, long before I was able to fully believe in myself. What makes her so special is that she doesn’t just pour into her craft, she pours from the heart💎 Training with Sabrina has taught me that “I can do hard things” and if I can conquer my macros, success will be inevitable. Every stage of my bodybuilding journey wasn’t just something she preached, it was something she exemplified through her professionalism, passion, and dedication to the sport. I’ve had the absolute best time training with @transformingbrinanutrifit🔥She’s helped me sculpt a physique I once only dreamed of achieving. Thank you for taking me to my first stage. I cherish every session, motivational talks, and tears of joy that you’ve shed. Im beyond proud to be your client and looking forward to our next competition…💛 by @gen_wig
