this post may look familiar, as in from months ago, and that’s because it is! apparently discord links expire (news to me), and then bit.ly wouldn’t let me update the existing link because it’s a bad website (when i tried, it was like “try generating your url backend with ai!” if you need ai to generate a fucking url backend you’ve got bigger problems, buddy!).

anyway, here’s the updated discord link! it should work forever unless another website decides to be terrible. i think we should abolish websites.

i’m here to push GENDERMATION once again - now with a proper trailer, the clips no longer obscured by my cartoon mug! i did that initially to create a sense of mystery around the clips, but i realize i was literally just putting my face in front of all the wonderful films! sorry about that, guys!!!

in order of appearance, there’s -

placeholder by elisa beli borelli @elisabeliborrelli
mid-air by grace baker @ggrace.baker
laika by elio geiler @peachhyvamp
panic room by sadie sellars @sadieshmadie_art
t-bird by jae zander kitinoja @jk.cartoons
HATCH by my gay ass
wondrous tr*nny life by charlie carmine @charlieecarmine

and the tune is “cut me open” by um, jennifer?

4/11 at 4pm at the davidson/valentini theatre in LA! tickets are sliding scale between $5 - $15 and going fast. snag em if you want em! its gonna be a great time, where you can also find some lovely improv shows and resources for gender-affirming care. for legal reasons, i may or may not be pasting fliers around town on my travels!

https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/gendermation-an-hour-of-trans-and-nonbinary-animation

this vid also features clips of just a few of the amazing shorts we have confirmed for the show! in order of appearance, we’ve got

placeholder by elisa beli borelli @elisabeliborrelli
mid-air by grace baker @ggrace.baker
wondrous tr*nny life by charlie carmine @charlieecarmine

there are lots more to come, and confirmations will go out along with a full trailer after 3/25 when the open call closes! if you’re still working on something, we’d love to have it!!! the submissions so far have been crazy good, i mean look at these. GEEZ!
