Posture does not equal performance. A sweet thoracic is not bad, it will actually give you more movement options than being stiff as a rod 24/7.The worse posture is the one you’re stuck in. Don’t listen to people who say one body position is bad. Comment GPP for 7 days free training*sprinter* by @generalphysicalpreparation_

Comment “GPP” for coaching1. RPE allows you to quickly check if you’re judging intensity correctly. A simple AMRAP test can reveal whether the effort you perceived actually matches the reps you can perform. 2. Instead of relying on rigid percentages, RPE lets athletes adjust training intensity based on how they feel that day, helping them get the most out of their best performance days. 3. RPE also encourages athletes to become more engaged in their own training. Learning to judge effort develops independence and makes athletes easier to coach over time. 4. Because life stress, fatigue, and outside factors fluctuate, RPE allows you to still train effectively on tougher days by targeting the intended stimulus rather than chasing a fixed load. 5. A simple 1–10 scale is enough to guide effective training. It doesn’t need to be hyper-precise to produce results. 6. Even if beginners don’t rate effort perfectly at first, they will naturally improve their accuracy over time as their training experience grows. 7. Using a consistent intensity system across different exercises or modalities makes training easier to manage and improves the overall training experience. by @generalphysicalpreparation_
