WHERE ARE YOU?

Adam and Eve hid when shame entered the garden.

But God came looking.

“Where are you?” — Genesis 3:9

Notice what God asked.
Not “What have you done?”
Not “Why did you fail?”

“Where are you?”

Sometimes the question isn't about your location.
It's about your heart.

Where have you been hiding?
What have you been afraid to bring into the light?

Open the text. Sit with the question.
You don't have to run from God to heal.

GEN33 CHALLENGE:
Before you scroll, write your honest answer to:

“God, where am I right now?”

You don't have to post the answer.

You Don't Need Better Words. You Need Stillness.

Jesus didn't pray to perform.

He withdrew.

Before important decisions.
When crowds were demanding His attention.
When His soul was deeply troubled.

And in Gethsemane, His prayer wasn't polished.

It was honest.

“My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow…”
— Matthew 26:38

Maybe that's what you need tonight too.

Not another perfect prayer.
Not the right Christian vocabulary.
Not pretending you're okay.

Just five quiet minutes with God.

Put your phone down.
Sit somewhere quiet.
Breathe slowly.
Let the noise settle.

You don't have to explain everything.

Just be present.

Rest isn't giving up on your healing.
Sometimes stillness is part of how you begin to hear again.

🕯️ Try 5 minutes of silence tonight. No script required.

Save this post and come back to it when you needed it.

Your mentor doesn't have to live in your city.

They just need to be someone whose wisdom, character and life you can intentionally study.

Pick one.
Go deep.
Ask real questions.
Apply within 48 hours.

That's how consuming wisdom becomes mentorship.

GRIEF HAS NO EXPIRY DATE. 🕊️

“I should be over it by now.”

But what if healing doesn't mean forgetting? What if some losses take longer to process than others?

Even Jesus wept. (John 11:35)

You don't have to hide your tears, rush your healing, or pretend you're okay just because time has passed.

God stays close to the brokenhearted. You can bring Him your pain, questions, and memories exactly as they are.

📖 Psalm 34:18

You are not failing because you still grieve. ❤️

MOTIVATION IS A MOOD. DISCIPLINE IS A DECISION.

Have you ever restarted your Bible reading plan so many times that you've begun to feel like a failure? You're not alone. ❤️

The truth is, you won't always feel motivated to pray, read Scripture, or do what helps you grow spiritually. Some days, you'll feel inspired. Other days, you'll have to make a decision to show up anyway.

Daniel maintained his daily prayer practice even when it became difficult (Daniel 6:10).

Your spiritual life isn't built through one extraordinary moment. It's also built through the quiet, ordinary choices you make every day.

📖 Start with five minutes in Scripture.
🙏 Spend five minutes talking honestly with God.
✍️ Take five minutes to reflect and write.

Try the GEN33 5-5-5 RESET for the next three days. And if you miss a day, don't give up. Return and begin again.

You don't need a perfect routine. You need a practice you can keep returning to.

Ready to build consistency? DM BUILD and let's take the next step together. 🌱

THE YES THAT CHANGED HISTORY

The most important “yes” in history came from a young woman in an ordinary town. 📰

Mary didn't have every detail figured out. She was troubled by the angel's message, asked a question, and still chose to surrender to God's word.

What if faith isn't about having all the answers before you move?

What if you can have questions, feel afraid, and still trust God with your next step?

Maybe you've been delaying that difficult conversation, hiding a gift, avoiding a responsibility, or waiting until you feel completely ready.

Remember: You don't need to see the whole journey to take the next wise step.

Mary said, “Let it be to me according to your word.” — Luke 1:38 (ESV)

Today, ask yourself: What might your next yes to God look like?

Pray. Seek wisdom. Open your heart to His Word. Then take the next faithful step.

You don't have to feel fearless to walk in faith. 💛

GOD CALLED YOU BEFORE YOU FELT READY. 🔥

What if the thing you keep postponing is the very thing you need to start taking a step toward?

You keep telling yourself:
“I need more confidence.”
“I need more experience.”
“What if I fail?”

But what if readiness isn't the starting point? What if you grow in the process of obeying God?

Moses had questions. Jeremiah felt too young. Yet God didn't wait for them to feel qualified before calling them.

You don't need to have everything figured out to take the first faithful step.

✨ The lie: “I'll start when I feel ready.”

🌱 The truth: “God called me before I felt ready.”

You don't have to build the whole staircase today. Take the next step with what God has already placed in your hands.

Your gift needs development, not endless postponement. Your calling needs obedience, not perfect confidence.

📖 “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you.” — Jeremiah 1:7 (NIV)

You're Not Lazy. You're Overloaded.

You've been calling it tiredness. But what if you're carrying more than you have admitted?

The responsibilities. The expectations. The fear of disappointing people. The pressure to keep showing up even when you're struggling inside.

And sometimes, the guilt of wondering why you feel anxious when you trust God.

Here's your reminder for today: You can trust God and still acknowledge that you're overwhelmed.

Read 1 Peter 5:7. Name what you're carrying. Separate your responsibilities from what you cannot control. And remember that asking for help is not a failure of faith.

You don't have to figure everything out tonight.

Start with one honest prayer and one practical step.

If this speaks to you, DM CAST and take today's Cast List challenge with GEN33.

Real faith. Real life. Together.

Story question: Have you ever said “I'm fine” when you were actually overwhelmed?

GOD IS GOOD. SO WHY DOES IT STILL HURT?

If God is good, why are you still hurting? 💭

Why the unanswered prayers? The disappointments? The doors that refuse to open? Why does life sometimes feel heavy even when you're trying to trust God?

Maybe you've asked these questions but felt guilty for asking them. Maybe you're smiling in public while privately wondering whether God sees what you're going through.

Here's the truth: Your pain doesn't automatically mean God has abandoned you, and your questions don't mean you've lost your faith.

The Bible doesn't pretend that life is painless. David cried out to God. Jeremiah wrestled with sorrow. Even Jesus wept.

Faith doesn't require you to deny your pain. It invites you to bring that pain honestly before God.

We may not always understand why God allows certain things, and we shouldn't rush to explain away someone's suffering. But we can hold on to this: our circumstances do not tell the whole story of God's character.

“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.” — Psalm 107:1 (NIV)

This Monday, you don't have to pretend everything is okay to believe that God is good.

Bring Him the questions. Bring Him the disappointment. Bring Him the parts of your story that still hurt.

You can trust God and still be honest about your pain. ❤️

Welcome to GEN33—a space to grow in faith, face life's real struggles, and become who God created you to be.

YOUR MONEY TELLS A STORY. WHAT DOES YOURS SAY?

Your salary comes in. Bills go out. You help family, handle responsibilities, and try to save something for your future. Then suddenly, the money is almost gone. 😔

Maybe you feel guilty spending on yourself when someone else needs help. Perhaps saving feels impossible, or you struggle to balance generosity with your own financial responsibilities.

Here's a reminder: Wanting financial stability is not a lack of faith.

📖 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” — Matthew 6:21

God invites us to examine not only what we have, but how we use it.

This Sunday, try the GEN33 Money Mirror:

JESUS HEARD. JESUS WAITED. WHY?

Have you ever prayed about something for so long that you've started wondering whether God still hears you?

You prayed. You waited. You believed.

But nothing seemed to change.

In John 11, Mary and Martha sent word to Jesus that their brother Lazarus was sick. Jesus heard the news, yet He didn't arrive when they expected Him.

When He finally came, Martha said what many of us have felt:

“Lord, if you had been here…” — John 11:21

She believed in Jesus, but she was disappointed. And Jesus didn't reject her for being honest.

Sometimes, waiting brings questions we don't know how to answer.

Does God still hear me? Have I done something wrong? Why does everyone else seem to be moving forward?

Here's what we must remember: A delay isn't automatically a denial, and waiting doesn't mean God has forgotten you.

This doesn't mean every prayer will be answered exactly as we hope. It means we can bring our disappointment, questions, and fears to Jesus without pretending we're okay.

🤍 Your GEN33 challenge today:

📝 Write down three prayers you're still waiting on.
🙏 Choose one and pray about it for five minutes.
🕊️ Ask God for wisdom, strength, and grace to keep walking with Him.

You don't have to understand the timing to be honest with God.

You don't need to know how the story ends to meet Jesus in the middle of it.

📖 Read John 11:1–6, 21–27, 40.

YOUR YES DOESN'T REQUIRE PERFECT CONFIDENCE

Mary had questions, yet she surrendered to God's word.

You can feel uncertain and still take time to seek God, find wise counsel, and respond faithfully.

You don't need to have everything figured out to take your next wise step.

📖 Luke 1:26–38
