Still riding the high that is Hyrox. Really surprised at how jolly I look in the official photos. Stations in order, no burpee broad jump pictures taken 📸 which is fair - it'd just be me lying on the floor

Big shoutout to the trainers at @chriswilsonpt (esp @strengthmanor) 💪 it has been so great to be a part of a new community 🙌

HYROX WOMEN SOLO OPEN 💅 v1.0

What a ride. A year ago, I laughed when someone suggested I should try Hyrox.. then somehow it made its way on my 2026 vision board. Effing pleased with my sub-100 time (yeah I'm calling that)

Tears at the end with the best support crew a girl could ever ask for. They were so invested, if not more, in my Hyrox journey. From training with me, making sure I had enough gels, checking out the course with me, screaming my name everytime I went past, waving pom poms, turning up in my fav colour, running from station to station with me, being my personal photographers and setting up a google drive to dump the 1000 photos and videos collectively 🫶 LOVE YOU NONG TIME

To @morgansmigration who organised me on the day, drove me to PCC, filmed the whole day just so she could made this very reel, you elevated my whole day 🩵

And yes, there will be Hyrox v2.0 😉

Hello 🐾 My mum is making me walk 50km this June to raise funds for @cancercouncilwa. She thinks we can raise $300

Of course she signed us up half-way through the month so that means I only have 15 days to reach 50kms.

I hate getting my paws wet so I hope my mum knows what's up. Follow my journey and please sup-pawt the cause 🐶

One week at @escapehaven Bali 🌸

Had the most luxe week at a retreat with the renew fitness package. Meals customed to our schedules, daily massages, PT sessions, never ending flow of juices, smoothies, great experiences (climbed a volcano!) and of course, hangs with the most beautiful women there. Thank you all for sharing your journey with me 🩷

Massive love to the Escape Haven team, they left nothing wanting and made sure we were so well taken care of. They took care of the mental load and allowed us to just be.

Big shoutout to @lembong_14 who trained me this week 💪 i've come back feeling stronger and ready to lock in!
