Introducing our guest DJ — Andy Green.

Although Andy played at our last event, we wanted to take a moment to let you know a little more about the man behind the music. We enjoyed his set so much that we had to bring him back.

A veteran clubber, dancer and collector since the late ’80s (a regular at the Coach & Horses Stevenage, Eclipse and Tudor Oaks nights for anyone ancient enough to remember!

A lifelong passion for electronic music runs deep — and you can hear it in every selection he makes. His tastes and knowledge stretch across the spectrum, always rooted in quality.

He started vinyl Verdant Recordings in 2016, a label known for carefully curated vinyl and digital releases and also collaborates with Exalt as Vertex records.

More recently, his production project Ulf & Ralf has emerged with a string of releases and remix work, adding another layer to his musical output.

Andy is all about class — from deep house to techno — and if you caught his set at our last party, you already know what’s in store!

Explore Verdant Recordings for an expansive archive of DJ sets, live recordings and guest mixes.

This will be our final event of 2026, and we're determined to make it our biggest and best one yet!

In collaboration with the team at the venue, we'll be bringing you a night of underground house music, great sound, and awesome cocktails/drinks, all set within an intimate, dark-room atmosphere.

Most importantly, you can expect the friendly, inclusive atmosphere our events are known for.

Residents’ Choice – Eversines – Companionship – Nous’klaer Audio

Next up in our Residents’ Choice series is guest DJ Andy Green’s selection. Andy has chosen Eversines – Companionship, released on Nous’klaer Audio out of Rotterdam in the Netherlands in 2021.

The label, founded by Oberman in 2013, has been going from strength to strength ever since. This collective not only releases quality music but also runs events and festivals across Holland.
This track is a sublime piece of deep techno — exactly the kind of choice you’d expect from Andy.

Grab your tickets to see him play on Saturday 7th November at The Waiting Room, Letchworth.

Summer 2026 marked the 30th anniversary of Praise’s writing & production by Leigh Dickson and through a friendship with Mike Maquire [Juno Reactor] the track was released by Qube on 2002 with wider attention garnered through the Baby Ford “Heavenly Circuit Mix”. It was the final release on Qube - a fitting bookend ! That 1st pressing is rare, highly collectable and inevitably, in the decades since, Praise resurfaced on For Those That Knoe and on Sushitech / Pariter with additional remixes by Ola Bergman, Derek Carr, Ryan Elliot and again by Baby Ford. A timeless track and widely adored in all its sonic forms.

Summer 2026 was also a notable, personal birthday for Leigh (half of 100!) and to mark both anniversaries, close friends Ulf & Ralf recreated an original and surprise interpretation of Praise..... lets call it a Reprise.

We’ve decided to make this track available digitally and onto a very llmited duplate cut by Vinyl Pressure (UK). The 12’ cut also includes Detention Centre, another early and personally important track that has never been available on a physical release.

Dubplate Edition of 20 (VRDUB03) each numbered and dedicated to its owner and high quality printed insert. Includes digital files.

Needless to say, I continue to be flattered that a track that was written and finished in my bedroom in the early hours, still gets faithful interest.

Forever thanks goes out to my late Mum who believed in my passion and zero thanks to my siblings for the negativity I learnt to ignore.

Equally, love and respect to @ojipunk23 who made the whole thing a reality. Not forgetting @yossi_amoyal_ and @for_those_that_knoe who both have continued to keep the flame alive and finally to @genre303 & @escapebynight for producing this highly limited 30yr edition reprise. ❤️

Hi everyone,

Chris Brabrook from Neighbourhood. Just a quick update to let you know we’ve got another party coming up on Saturday 7th November.

We’re back at The Waiting Room in Letchworth, and if you came to the last one, I’m sure you’ll agree it’s an amazing venue — absolutely perfect for what we want to do. There’s a great dancing space, plus an outside area to chill out, and the bar staff and drinks are spot on. It really is ideal for our nights.

Unfortunately, Joe Thompson can’t make it this time. He was due to play back‑to‑back with Andy Green, who will now be playing solo as our guest, alongside resident DJs Nicky Easy, Dean Bakker, and myself, Chris Brabrook.

Tickets are live on Skiddle at £5, and it’ll be £7.50 on the door. Considering what you’re getting, it’s still a cheap night out.

The music will be phenomenal — don’t miss out.

See you on Saturday 7th November.Chris x taken in Chez Burton Waiting Room by @genre303
