RIO, original co-founder of Crow Valley Boys. Early ’80s.

A firme flicka of RIO taken at Nightingale School, standing by the portable classrooms along the fence that could be seen from Ralph Avenue. Back then, the park across the street was nothing but open fields, long before the fences and development changed the landscape. It’s a snapshot of a different era, when the neighborhood looked and felt a whole lot different.

RIO left behind a legacy that will never be forgotten. His name lives on through the memories, the people who knew him, and the historia he helped create.
