Every session is one to one ☕

Here's how 45 minutes with us goes:
🗣️ About 10 minutes to talk through the problem and what you'd like to be able to do
👆 About 25 minutes hands-on, with you doing the steps and us guiding
✍️ About 10 minutes writing the steps down, so you have them for next time

No classroom, no waiting your turn. Whether we're at your kitchen table or on a video call, the time is entirely yours. by @gentle.click

At your pace. By your side. 🐘

An elephant herd moves together, at a pace everyone can keep. That's how our sessions work. Your device stays in your hands and you do the steps yourself, with us right beside you. It takes a little longer than us doing it for you, but it sticks. by @gentle.click

No pressure. No judgement. No rush. 💛

Three promises we keep in every session:
🔒 We never ask for your passwords.
🤲 You stay in control of your device.
🔁 If something doesn't make sense the first time, we'll explain it another way.

Whether it's a phone that won't stop buzzing or an email that's gone missing, we'll work through it together. by @gentle.click
