POSTS STORIES REELS

🤍 We all carry things that others may never see.
Some days, we need advice. Some days, we just need someone to listen. And some days, knowing we're not alone is enough.
So, let's make this comment section a little corner of kindness!

Let's listen without judging, support without comparing, and remind each other that we don't have to figure everything out alone.

Because this is Gentle On Me. Your feelings are welcome here. You are welcome here! 🤍

Some mornings don’t need answers - just a gentle reminder to begin. 🌸 Savehis for the days you need a little more kindness, patience, and faith in yourself. 💗

528Hz is often associated with relaxation, emotional balance and a sense of calm. ✨ Whether you listen while meditating, journaling, resting or simply taking a few minutes for yourself, let it be your little reminder to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Put on your headphones. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. 🤍

Sometimes, healing starts with simply giving yourself a moment to pause.

Seven days. Seven little reminders to come back to yourself. 🤍

Because self-love isn’t always grand gestures - sometimes it’s forgiving yourself, choosing yourself, accepting a compliment, or simply being kinder to the person you see in the mirror. 🌷

Save this for the days you need a little reminder. ✨

Ashnoorians, it's time to make your own vision board! 🌸
Fill it with the places you want to go, the person you want to become, the experiences you want to have, and most importantly—the way you want to feel. You don't need to rush. You don't need to have it all figured out. Just start with a vision and take one gentle step toward it at a time!

Dream it. Believe in it. Work toward it. Be gentle with yourself along the way.

It's Healing Saturday! 🤍

No pressure to become a new person this weekend.
Just a gentle invitation to slow down, check in with yourself, and choose one small thing that makes today feel a little lighter.
Because healing often begins with the smallest moments of kindness. 🌸

Save this for your harder days.

Can we normalize just… being human? 🤍

Not knowing everything. Taking a break. Changing your mind. Enjoying dessert. Wearing the outfit. Saying no. Choosing yourself without writing a whole explanation for it.

Maybe we don’t need to have it all figured out. Maybe we just need to be a little gentler with ourselves along the way. 🌸
What’s one thing you wish we would normalize more?

We often think we're exhausted because we're busy. But sometimes, we're just living on autopilot—moving through the days without really being present.
This is your gentle reminder to pause, notice the little moments, and come back to yourself. Life isn't just about getting through the day; it's about actually living it. 🤍
Which sign did you relate to the most? 🌿

Your phone doesn’t always have to be a place you escape into. Sometimes, it can be a tool that brings you back to yourself. 🤍📱
The next time you catch yourself mindlessly scrolling, try using those few minutes for something that leaves you feeling a little lighter, calmer, or more connected. ✨
Less doomscrolling, more scrolling with intention. 🌸

Imagine the rain carrying away your doubts and leaving behind hope. What chapter would you rewrite? 🌧️💕

Rain outside, peace inside! ☺🌧️☕✨ A little self-care goes a long way this monsoon. Start with 10 minutes of journaling and let the rain wash the rest away! 💗

It was a woman’s day like no other! Truly inspirational… Celebrated it with the real-life superwomen… And I don’t usually post my visits to NGOs etc but this one was empowering, and beautifully motivating to hear their life stories and yet see them courageously, smiling through and bravely facing everything with a positive mindset and a belief in self!!✨ These women don’t complain, rather upskill themselves and take accountability, fulfill responsibilities & take charge of their lives… Strong women aren’t accidents- may we know their stories & walk in their strength…
They’re raised, they’re shaped, they’re chosen- May we know them, be them, raise them.

Because behind every fearless woman is the decision to believe in herself… #HappyInternationalWomensDay

Special thanks to @maharajabhogindia for partnering with us and adding the deliciousness to this visit💛 by @gentle.onme
