I watched this video and just… paused.

Gratitude for how far I’ve come. For the courage it took to leave. For the growth that happened in places no one saw. For the life I’m still building, one step at a time.

Home will always be home. That hasn’t changed. But I’ve changed—and in so many ways, I’m proud of that.

“Gently becoming” has looked like trusting the process… even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it stretches you.

If you’ve ever had to leave home to become who you are today… what’s one thing about your journey you’re genuinely proud of?

I’m ending this year with clearer boundaries, softer intentions, and a stronger sense of who deserves space in my life.

If this resonates with you
you’re growing too. 🤍

Tell me in the comments:
What did you protect this year? your peace, your energy, or your heart?

Today, I celebrate more than just a birthday. I celebrate growth, resilience, and the journey so far. I’m deeply grateful for my family and friends, who have cheered me on, lifted me up, and shared in the laughter and lessons along the way. I’m also profoundly thankful to every client who has trusted me, supported my vision, and allowed me to create something meaningful for them.

Each year reminds me to pause, reflect, and embrace what’s ahead with purpose, courage, and joy.

Here’s to new beginnings, meaningful moments, and living fully in every chapter.

Progress doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes, it’s the quiet decision to keep showing up, even when nobody notices.

Don’t spend the next 59 days waiting for January to give you permission to start again.

Finish this year differently. Start where you are. 🤎

A new month, another opportunity to pray, hope, try again and make room for the things that matter.

May November be gentle with us. May Allah ease what feels heavy, bless our efforts and guide us towards what is good for us.

One thing I’ve realized about managing money is that earning more isn’t the only part of building financial stability. Learning how to manage what you already have matters just as much.

It’s easy to set savings goals. The real discipline is learning to stick to them, especially when there are a hundred things competing for your attention and your money.

I’m learning to be more intentional about my spending. Because financial growth requires more than good intentions; it requires consistent decisions.

Still a work in progress. 🤎

The older I get, the more I realize that some of the things I once considered normal are worth questioning.

I’m still figuring things out, unlearning a few things and giving myself permission to do things differently.

And I think that’s part of growth, too. 🤎

Sometimes, you don’t even realize how much you’ve been carrying until you stop for a moment and ask yourself, “When did life start feeling this heavy?”

You’ve been showing up, taking care of things, being there for other people, and trying to keep everything together. But somewhere in the middle of all that, you might have forgotten to check in with yourself.

If that’s where you are right now, please be gentle with yourself. by @gentlybecoming_

Procrastination isn’t always about laziness. Sometimes, it’s the habit of constantly postponing the life you say you want.

You don’t need another Monday. You need to start. 🤎

DEAR 90s GIRLIES 🤎

Can we talk about how we went from being little girls with big dreams to women trying to figure out life, pay bills, and hold everything together?

Remember when we thought we’d have everything figured out by our thirties? Some of us thought we’d be millionaires by now. Me? I was aiming to be a billionaire. 😂

But look at us. Still learning, still growing, and still figuring things out.

We’ve lost people we never thought we’d lose. We’ve outgrown friendships, fallen in love, had our hearts broken, won some battles, and started over more times than we expected.

Some of us had to grow up faster than we wanted to. We started paying bills, making difficult decisions, and carrying responsibilities we never imagined as little girls.

And there have been days when we cried, days when we felt lost, and days when we had to be strong for everyone else while quietly trying to hold ourselves together.

But you know what? We’re doing better than we sometimes give ourselves credit for.

Life has been beautiful in ways we never imagined. We’re doing things our younger selves could only dream of.

That shy girl who used to struggle to speak up? She’s finding her voice. That girl who was afraid to take up space? She’s learning that she belongs in the room, too.

And for everything we’ve been through, there’s still so much to be grateful for.

So, dear 90s girlies, as we get older, I hope we don’t become so busy being adults that we forget the little girls we used to be.

I hope we never lose our softness, our excitement for the little things, or our belief that beautiful things are still ahead of us.

And if nobody has told you lately, I hope you’re proud of yourself.

And girl, we’re not done yet. We’re going higher. 🤎

To my 90s girlies, how are you really doing? by @gentlybecoming_

Mondays can be a lot. The plans, the responsibilities, the things we hope to get done. But somewhere in between all of that, I hope you make room to enjoy your life, too. 🤍

What are you looking forward to this week?
