why not dedicate an entire post to a family member, I’m so grateful. To my family, to my mom who is minding him right now, to the brave young man that left Ireland years ago and built a life for himself. by @gentlycaressingmyphone

Hi! did you know Limerick has its own independent press for the strange and unexpected?! 🖤 well now ya do!

This Saturday they’re launching their 10th anthology.
Sans. PRESS is an amazing Limerick born press and in just a few years they’ve published ten incredible anthologies. A niche press in our very own city with a taste for all things weird, magic and sublime... Also known as: That freaky stuff. 💌🫣😮‍💨

This Saturday, 18th April, 2–5pm at the People’s Museum of Limerick, they launch No Gods No Masters.

I will be reading alongside some bad ass speculative fiction writers and poets. If ya like that sorta thing, come along and grab yourself a copy and lets chat about all things strange, scary and lovely, too.

Lil throwback to when all us queers of the wild Wesht got together for @district.magazine and put on a joyful show and wrote letters to our future selves. Who woulda thought soon after this performance I would have major life shifts then left me a lil silent for awhile. Anyways I’m back at it and I wanted you to meet this character. She’s a real activist. 😅The poem is called “I WAS EXPECTING UTOPIA”.
And will be out in print soon. I miss my lil drum machine and hope to have the funds for a new one soon. I’m so grateful to the queer community and all of our allies who take the time to truly understand us. 🤗 and for humor to help us get through the bullshit. ❤️
