Got the @SeymourDuncanPickups Nazgul and Sentient Rails loaded into my @ESPGuitars V-407 B and it sounds NASTY through a @SoftubeStuduios ENGL Fireball "Hi Gain" amp sim. ROLE ANNOUNCEMENTMy dream has come true and I get to play a Grandma!I play Gran-Gran, Argil, and a few others in the upcoming game Double shake by Rightstick Studios! The past few years have been pretty awful for me. Training has all but ceased and even though I've been able to work on my career like I wanted, I fell into a pretty deep hole of depression and most of the other bad things that came with it very obviously followed. Working constantly behind a desk with long hours, I gained a lot of weight and am currently the heaviest I have ever been. I had promised myself many times after one project finished, I would reset things and get back to training and finally dropped the weight again. But those times never happened and the way it kept packing on. Adding on to the already severe depression. With the new year and a lot of healthcare subsidies going away, I've had to stop taking a lot of my medications because of the cost. One of them was the antidepressants, but in a funny turn of events; it was one of the best things to happen to me. It turns out the antidepressants that I was taking were hurting me more than helping me at this point. I was taking about 150 mg of generic Zoloft and my entire day was constantly a thick fog, with zero energy, and a lack of motivation to do anything. After the drugs finally all pass through my body I realized that my motivation had spiked back up. Also, I started to sleep better, feel better, process things better, and even though I still felt depressed at times; the bounce back was super fast and I was able to do something that made me feel good instead of just wallowing in my bullshit. I recently just finished a large project at work so I gave myself some time off to fix up areas of my house that I had been neglecting for well over 6 months. During that time off I was able to purge a lot of junk that had accumulated, and clean up the areas that junk had once inhabited. With things starting to get cleaned up I was able to fix up and add on to my home gym. These videos show the first time I was able to get in any semblance of a workout more than a couple sets of one motion. And I'm hoping that this trend continues now that my home life is a lot more comfortable and I'm not always trying to find a way to get out of my house just to be somewhere I didn't hate. by @geoffbisente
