Its hard not to think of Cara without being so impressed by all things amazing things she was involved with: Working on the feature Fresh Kills, Staten island community television, the Boy scouts and Richmond county foundation or flagship. It was so incredible with how generous she was with her time and was always helping me out or someone else out.

But those of us lucky to have been friends with cara got to be around someone who was so funny, and goofy and amazingly sweet. Even now i just imagine Cara taking off her glasses off the top of her head and putting them on the edge of her nose as she texts, or singing Rick Astly’s “never gonna give you up.” Cara was always there for everyone. And it really hurts to think she’s no longer with us physically. But my memories with her i can never forget. I really miss you Cara. by @geoffcelis

@anthonys_paninoteca got to stop by their shop on amboy road on the recommendation of @skeeternyc on PORCHETTA DAY. This is the only way i want porchetta from now on. As a Filipino i need that hot pork straight out of the oven like it was today. taken in Anthony’s Paninoteca by @geoffcelis
